As the date gets closer and closer, change the schedule to check more often as sometimes launch dates and times change after tests and for weather. Add the launch date and time to my personal calendar and change it as the schedule changes. Make the calendar event notifications one hour before and once day before.

Our employees have been begging us to try a four-day workweek.

Same salary.

Productivity actually increased.
People were happier.
Turnover dropped.
It was one of the most successful HR experiments we've ever conducted.
So naturally we ended it.
