Thrice as nice: Behind a golden finish from Leah Dawson and top-15 efforts for @BetkaKayleigh and Kayliana Kitto, the @mccoolmustangxc girls stand atop the Class D mountaintop for the third straight year. Centennial was third, led by a top-4 finish from Stella Steele. #nebpreps

For those keeping track at home, Matt Rhule has a career record of: - 2-26 against ranked teams (0-21 at Baylor/NU) - 19-37 in 1-score games (7-14 at NU) He’s learned nothing from his failed stint in the NFL with Carolina

Moving on at the CRC🏐 Cross County and High Plains both advance to the quarters with wins, as the Cougars beat Nebraska Lutheran 25-20 and 25-17 and High Plains downs East Butler 25-16, 25-14. #nebpreps

It’s a great day for some CRC volleyball at the historic York City Auditorium - area teams are in action back-to-back-to-back as Cross County/Nebraska Lutheran open the day, McCool JCT takes on Twin River and High Plains faces East Butler. #nebpreps
