Buzbee seeks to dismiss Jay-Z’s case with prejudice. Doe’s repeated sworn accusations mean a shaky story doesn’t prove the lawyers knew it was fake. Jay-Z still hasn’t shown malice or special injury and the extra claims look like a redo after a failed California case and a withdrawn Rule 11 motion. Jay-Z’s response is due September 30th.
