When I was in freshman year of high school, I had an 18"×24" drawing due every Monday. They told us it should take 2-4 hours to do. I drew so slow, mine took like 12 hours minimum, and they were mediocre compared to my classmates', it was soul crushing
I had that whole midnight urge to get your life together thing but with writing. Probably won't last but maybe I'll finally get over my dumb perfectionist tendencies and write my first ff7 fic? Wish me luck 🩵
I read a lot, but usually fanfic, so my options for that are limited at the moment. I'm also spending 24/7 in my room with my dying dog, which is probably not a positive contribution to my sanity and why I'm mentally climbing the walls :(
