There are five important things for living a successful and fulfilling life: never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up, never stop trying, and never stop learning.

Trail running made me understand the famous Tom Hanks quote… See the full suffering here: youtu.be/A5N-Y-XnodE?si=J9-o…

#NewProfilePic Do not run trails. You might get addicted.

Done with the 12K+ gravel run in Lobo, Batangas with Salomon. The course mixed coastal paths, rocky technical sections, forest trails, and gravel roads, with a stretch along the shoreline too. Started near the water with the palm trees, then headed into the greener and rockier parts. It was a good mix of terrain — some places needed more attention underfoot, others just let you settle into a steady rhythm. The coastal views and the trail sections made the effort worth it. Grateful for the chance to run this one. Another good morning on the trails.

We joined Pokémon Run 30 as a family. It was a fund and memorable experience. Hopefully there are more themed runs like this in the future. Happy 30th Celebrations Pokémon! See you in the next 5 years😅. youtu.be/4VOxQZ2dKrY?si=dvrx…

We signed up for Pokémon RUN 30 at SM Mall of Asia as a family, and it turned into one of those days we’ll actually keep. Small plot twist on my end: I only registered all of us for Water-type bibs. Squirtle squad, whether we asked for it or not. Thanks to how welcoming the Pokémon community here in the Philippines is, we were able to swap into the other sets. Grass and Fire made it into the family after all. We’re keeping the promo cards. Not to flip, just as a memory of the day we did this together. The run itself was genuinely enjoyable. Easy energy, plenty of smiles, and a course that felt more like a celebration than a race. Hoping everyone who lined up had as good a time as we did. Bonus side of the day: stickers, a Gym Badge, finisher medals, and access to trading cards at SRP. The kit was already fun. The extras made it feel complete. Happy 30th, @Pokemon . Thank you @runrionews ,@TheMallofAsia, @UNIQLOPH and @711philippines for organizing the event. Grateful we got to mark it as a family.

These Pikachu’s are now officially 5 years old. Got the set from Mercari thru @Buyee. Hopefully I can collect the 30 Pikachus from the 30th @PokemonTCG Celebration set.

Should have not aped hard on NFTs...

Life isn’t a sprint. It’s a marathon. Sometimes it’s a trail run. A muddy 10K you never saw coming. Thank You, Lord, for the strength to finish. See you again next year @Merrell_PH Trail Challenge by Go Better Sports Full video here: youtu.be/OkWfacZkdYc?si=ynef…

Slow but has a spin. And the follow up. Winner.

The runner: Pays to suffer, Complains the whole way, Then signs up for the next race.

People keep asking why I’m always running. I have the same answer Cookie Monster has for cookies: I simply cannot stop.

Broke my 5K PR today. The pace felt illegal for about 20 minutes, but the post-run high is legal and highly addictive. On to the next one!

From only walking 3km years ago to finishing a half marathon — missing the 2:40 target doesn’t change that win. You showed up and completed the distance. Be proud of how far you’ve come.
