I know many people have had steak. And many people have had eggs. But nobody put those together till Zack, as far as I know. My research shows.
are you familiar with my invention, steak and eggs? ribeye topped with a compound garlic, parmesan, and herb butter and smoked sea salt flakes, and two quarter dozen corn and soy free pasture raised eggs.

If you only consumed 1000 calories a day of all seed oils….you would lose weight because you are in a caloric deficit If you only consumed 8000 calories a day of all seed oils….you would gain weight because you are in a caloric surplus If you only consumed 1000 calories a day of all beef tallow….you would lose weight because you are in a caloric deficit If you only consumed 8000 calories a day of all beef tallow….you would gain weight because you are in a caloric surplus. Hope this helps some people!

i understand that some people can’t figure out how to make calorie counting work. there are a lot of variables at play when it comes to calories, especially when it comes to calorie expenditure, eg. hormones, activity, thermic effect of food, metabolism, etc. but that doesn’t mean that a caloric surplus doesn’t cause weight gain or a caloric deficit doesn’t cause fat loss, because they do. net calories matter.

tldr: if more calories go in than out, you will gain fat. if less calories go in than out, you will lose fat.

verifiable facts that are controversial: -the moon landing was real -a caloric surplus/deficit will lead to fat gain/loss -humans are omnivores -alcohol is poison

the aristocratic way to eat ice cream is to anoint it with premium olive oil. keto vanilla ice cream here, which a touch of sea salt was also added to.

this is angus barbieri. he went 382 days (June 14, 1965 to June 30, 1966) without eating and lost 276 pounds (456 pounds to 180 pounds). but to this day, doctors and scientists still cannot explain his massive weight loss. it was originally believed to be due to a caloric deficit, but since calories don’t matter, that was ruled out. perhaps with advancements in science, technology, and artificial intelligence, this great mystery will one day be solved.

first meal of the day yesterday (lunch, non lift day). chicken, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and avocado with harissa and olive oil. it’s in a bowl, so does that make it a slop bowl?

this chef pops up on my feed every now and then. i think it’s hilarious that these frustrated chefs get so salty about non-chefs getting more culinary attention than them. hopefully they don’t use as much salt in their meals. he’s not even a real italian. he’s olive garden grade.
As a Culinary professional and someone who was once offered a Butcherbox sponsorship that I turned down: why would you post this? Bro… how did you cook this? In a dishwasher? Yikes.
