An incredible effort that tests the impact of a practical intervention based on years of theory on real-world exercise behavior (fitness center attendance over an 8-week period). Kudos to the research team!

Prof. Michael Joyner was suspended without pay from the Mayo Clinic for his commentary on COVID-19 and trans issues.
He later sued for contractual and academic freedom violations.
A judge ruled that his case can proceed on 4/5 claims.
The claim he lost?
A finding that Mayo's academic freedom promises are window-dressing and mean nothing.
Really an own goal for Mayo.
