Mental health is such an important thing in life that frequently gets brushed aside. Everyone struggles with it at some point in their lives. Be mindful of each other, help when you can, and be respectful and kind if you can't.

5 days ago one of my students ended her own life. She had been struggling with her mental health for a while, but the social isolation and loss of her support network proved to be too much. I am very, very sad.
