With time I've learned that not everything deserves a reaction. Sometimes protecting your peace is the best decision you can make.

A friend of mine once got me a job at a busy restaurant where he was already working. A few weeks later I helped two more friends get hired there as well. We were all happy to have work so in the beginning, nobody really complained about anything. But slowly things started getting difficult. We were constantly rushing around, covering extra shifts & doing the work of people who weren't even there. Whenever we asked the manager for a little support he would simply say that business was busy and we needed to manage. One evening after another exhausting shift we sat together and talked about it. Everyone was frustrated but nobody wanted to be the first person to speak up. I suggested that we stop discussing the problem separately and approach the manager together. +++

The next day we explained everything calmly. We weren't asking for special treatment just a fair workload and a little understanding. Surprisingly the manager listened. He adjusted our shifts, brought in extra help & things gradually became much better. That experience changed how I look at teamwork. Sometimes people aren't asking for too much. They just need to stop facing the same problem alone.

Something really strange happened yesterday while I was watching a horror drama and honestly it gave me chills. A glass and a water bottle suddenly fell with a loud bang & one of our doors just opened on its own. The timing was so creepy that I genuinely felt like I had experienced something paranormal. 馃槶 Do ghosts really exist or is there always a logical explanation for things like this? Have you ever experienced something you couldn't explain? Share your stories!

Sometimes it's just coincidence but when strange things happen at the exact same moment even the most logical person starts questioning things. 馃槄

I came here with a heavy head and a tired heart. Didn't order much, didn't talk much. Just sat under these lights and let myself feel a little less alone for a while. Felt like I needed this more than i realized.馃

Rain outside, favourite food inside & my favourite people beside me. This is what happiness looks like. 鉂わ笍

Sometimes I suddenly feel anxious for no reason. Everything is perfectly fine around me but something inside just doesn't feel right. My mind starts racing I feel restless & even the smallest things seem overwhelming. The strange part is that I can't even explain what I'm worried about. I just sit there, trying to understand my own feelings. It's honestly exhausting when your mind refuses to feel at peace, even when life seems normal. Have you ever experienced this too?

He spent 20 years searching for the man who ruined his life. He blamed everyone. Trusted no one. Lost everything along the way. And then one day, he finally found him. It was him. The younger version of himself. 馃挃

Something I've noticed about today's younger generation - many seem much happier alone with their phones than sitting with people & having a real conversation. I don't know if it's just my observation but it feels like we're slowly getting more comfortable in our virtual world than in the real one. Do you think this generation genuinely enjoys being alone with their phones, or has social media slowly changed the way they connect with others? Have you noticed the same thing? And what do you think is the reason behind it?

One thing that really worries me about today's youth is how much social media is affecting their minds. People spend hours scrolling comparing their lives with others & worrying about things that don't even matter. They see someone else's happiness, money, looks & success and suddenly feel like their own life isn't good enough. We've become so busy watching other people's lives that we're forgetting to live our own. Social media isn't bad but too much of it can slowly change the way we think and feel. Sometimes we need to put our phones down, spend time with our families nd enjoy the little things in life. Not everything you see online is real and not everything real needs to be posted online. 鉂わ笍

Family should be the place where we feel supported not judged. These days everyone is dealing with something we may know nothing about.. Sometimes a simple phone call a few kind words or just being there for each other can make a difficult day feel a little easier. We don't always need to agree with each other but we should never forget to care for each other. Life is already hard enough outside the home. Family should be the place where we find peace, understanding & support, not another reason to feel alone. 鉂わ笍

It's my brother's birthday today 馃巶鉂わ笍 So I made this with my own hands, loaded it with pure khoya, almonds, cashews, cherries & dates - all his favorite things in one box! It's not just tasty it's actually healthy too. No artificial colors no extra sugar like shop sweets. Just natural dry fruits full of protein & energy. Good for brain, heart and perfect for a natural sweet kick. Nothing beats homemade food made with love especially when it's for your brother. Happy Birthday to the best brother! 馃帄 Would you try a bite? 馃構 Tell me which topping is your favorite almond cashew or cherry?

Pregnancy is not just about a growing baby. It鈥檚 also about a girl going through changes she may not even know how to explain. In early pregnancy, there can be fear, confusion, mood swings & so many unanswered questions. By late pregnancy, the physical exhaustion, anxiety, & anticipation can feel overwhelming. Sometimes she doesn鈥檛 need advice or someone telling her to be strong. She just needs someone to listen, understand her mood, hold her hand n remind her that she鈥檚 not alone. A pregnant woman needs emotional support just as much as physical care. A little patience, kindness, & reassurance from her partner and family can mean more than they realize. 鉂わ笍
