Contributors can participate directly through the ZenO iPhone app. Capture real-world activities and upload your data through ZenO as usual. Once a submission passes validation, eligible contributions are connected to SN/05 and recognized within the BitRobot ecosystem. There is no separate task flow or additional upload required. Existing ZenO contributors can continue participating through the same process they already use.

SN/05 focuses on real-world human activity data collected through the ZenO iPhone app. Beyond video, supported devices can capture spatial and motion-related data alongside each recording, creating richer multimodal datasets for robotics and embodied AI. These datasets capture how people move, interact with objects, and perform everyday tasks in real environments. By connecting this data with BitRobot, everyday human activity can contribute to a broader data network built for Physical AI. ZenO iPhone App: apps.apple.com/app/zeno-data…

Eligible submissions through the ZenO iPhone app will continue to receive ZenO rewards as usual. All qualified submissions are eligible for BitRobot rewards, not just specific tasks. Valid contributions connected through SN/05 will also receive BitRobot Subnet Points. These points reflect each contributor’s share of participation within the subnet and are used to determine the distribution of BitRobot Bolts. Bolts are distributed every 30 days based on each contributor’s accumulated Subnet Points. This means a single approved contribution can now be recognized across both ZenO and BitRobot, creating an additional reward layer for contributors providing useful real-world Physical AI data

We’re excited to announce our collaboration with @BitRobotNetwork, an open robotics network bringing together contributors, data, and infrastructure for Physical AI. ZenO is launching SN/05 on BitRobot, connecting real-world Physical AI data collected through the ZenO iPhone app with BitRobot’s broader robotics ecosystem. Through this collaboration, approved data contributions from ZenO can become part of a broader robotics data network, while opening up additional rewards for contributors. More details below ↓

More REAL WORLD missions are now live in ZenO Lab. Three new tasks have been added: - Open the Drawer Pull both drawers all the way open. - Turn the Valve Turn the red lever three quarters of a turn clockwise to CLOSE. - Hang the Mug Hang both mugs on the racks by their handles, one mug on each rack. REAL WORLD brings rendered everyday objects into our sim teleoperation environment, making each task closer to physical-world manipulation. REAL WORLD missions also come with a higher XP multiplier. Teleoperate. Complete missions. Earn more XP. Generate data for Physical AI. Try the new missions now: lab.zen-o.xyz/missions

Mission #17 Shelf Restocking Restock and reorganize shelves by moving, sorting, rotating, and arranging everyday items based on their type, size, or purpose. Reposition existing items, add new ones, and adjust their placement to create a clearly organized shelf. Important: The Steps, Required, and Do Not sections have been fully updated. Please read the mission guide carefully before recording and uploading. For this mission: - Head or face mounted phone only - Landscape mode required - Both hands must stay visible - First person POV only - 0.5x – 0.7x wide angle - Use at least 10 different items - Show actual changes in item positions and arrangement - Keep the shelf, objects, and hand interactions clearly visible Upload via ZenO Core: app.zen-o.xyz Your data helps build the future of Physical AI.

New Voice Mission is live: Tell Us About Your Job Tell us about your job or the work you do every day. What do you do? What does a usual day look like? What tools do you use? What do you enjoy, and what’s difficult? There’s no right answer. Just speak naturally, the way you normally would. If you’re a student or between jobs, you can talk about your studies or work you’ve done before. For the best recording quality: - Record in a quiet room - Keep your device at least 10 cm away - Use the device microphone, not a headset or earphones - No music or other audio in the background - If someone else is recorded, make sure they’ve agreed to participate Start recording on ZenO: app.zen-o.xyz/data/audio

ZenO Weekly Update Over the past weeks, we’ve been expanding real-world data collection, exploring failure and recovery in robot AI, and connecting with the ecosystem in Seoul. Here’s what’s new: - Missions #14 and #15 went live, adding refrigerator organization and ingredient preparation to our real-world data collection. - The ZenO team joined Korea Blockchain Week and EastPoint in Seoul, connecting with builders, investors, and ecosystem partners. - We ran ~3,000 simulated experiments with π0.5 to study when failure feedback actually helps a robot recover. In one experiment, the failure rate dropped from 14.9% to 8.1%. - Mission #16 Pick and Pack is now live, adding more object handling, sorting, moving, and packing interactions. - We’ve continued refining mission guidelines, validation, and data quality based on patterns observed across real contributor submissions. More real-world interactions, more experiments, and better data for Physical AI. More updates soon.

Mission #16 Pick and Pack Pick up, sort, move, and pack everyday household items into a box or container. Use different objects and arrange them naturally while keeping the full interaction clearly visible. Important: The Steps, Required, and Do Not sections have been fully updated. Please read the mission guide carefully before recording and uploading. For this mission: - Head or face mounted phone only - Landscape mode required - Both hands must stay visible - First person POV only - 0.5x - 0.7x wide angle - Keep the box, objects, and hand interactions clearly visible Upload via ZenO Core: app.zen-o.xyz/ Your data helps build the future of Physical AI.

What robot AI needs isn't faster reactions. It's the ability to know when it has failed. At ZenO, we ran about 3,000 experiments in simulation using the robot AI model pi0.5. When we moved an object while the robot was reaching for it and told it right away, it made no difference. The model kept looking at the scene and caught up on its own. When the robot dropped an object it was carrying, things were different. Once we told it exactly what happened ("You dropped it, start over"), the failure rate fell from 14.9% to 8.1%, nearly cut in half. So the real challenge is knowing precisely what went wrong. That requires data showing what kind of failure occurred, what the situation looked like right after, and how a person recovered from it. Most robot data today is just clean footage of success. ZenO is collecting diverse failure and recovery data to help build robot AI that can notice its own mistakes and fix them.

What turns everyday human activity into something a machine can actually learn from? It’s not just the video itself. The value comes from how movement, context, timing, and interaction are captured and structured. That gap between raw activity and usable training data is where a lot of the real work happens. ZenO is focused on building that layer for Physical AI.

ZenO Weekly Update Last week, we focused on expanding contribution options and strengthening the infrastructure behind ZenO. Here’s what changed: - New Voice Mission is live: Tell Us About Your Day. Contributors can now submit short English voice recordings directly through ZenO. - We strengthened monitoring in Sim Teleoperation to detect abnormal activity and restrict suspicious bot-driven accounts. - We improved parts of our backend processing and validation pipeline to better handle incomplete submissions, failed processing jobs, and anomalous data before rewards are calculated. - Additional data integrity checks are being introduced to make validation more consistent across different contribution types. - We continued improving system reliability as submission volume grows across ZenO. Cleaner data, stronger validation, and more reliable infrastructure behind every contribution. More updates soon.
