Zenlink finally has some big news! 🚀🔥 Today, @ZenlinkPro Eden is launched on @MoonbeamNetwork. This is a yield marketplace designed to enhance your yield management capabilities across all assets within the @Polkadot ecosystem! 1⃣ What is Zenlink Eden? 🌿 Zenlink Eden is a permissionless yield marketplace on @Polkadot that allows users to tokenize yield-bearing assets into Standard Yield Tokens (SY), which can then be split into Principal Tokens (PT) and Yield Tokens (YT). If this concept is hard to grasp, let's break it down with an example. Imagine you hold 1,000 DOT and stake them through @Bifrost to mint 750 vDOT (vDOT is a yield-bearing asset that appreciates over time, so 1 vDOT is worth more than 1 DOT). Assuming an annual yield of 17% for vDOT, after one year, you will be able to redeem 1,170 DOT with 750 vDOT. On Zenlink Eden, you can tokenize these 750 vDOT into: • 1,000 PT, representing your principal. • 1,000 YT, representing your yield. This approach provides more flexibility in managing your yield-bearing assets. You can: • Hold PT-vDOT until maturity (each asset may have multiple maturities, and upon maturity, 1 PT-vDOT = 1 DOT) to reclaim your principal of 1,000 DOT. • Hold or buy more YT-vDOT to accumulate yield until maturity (YT-vDOT will be worthless after maturity), betting on the asset's future yield with leverage for more gains. • Add vDOT to a liquidity pool to earn LP rewards (by locking ZLK to get veZLK and voting for liquidity pool incentives, you can achieve up to 2.5x LP reward boosts). This tokenization mechanism provides greater flexibility and more options for managing and optimizing yield-bearing assets, potentially allowing you to achieve a yield higher than 1,170 DOT after one year. 2⃣ @Bifrost's $vDOT and $vGLMR markets are now live on Zenlink Eden. You can try them out here: app.zenlink.pro/market 3⃣ Why do we need Zenlink Eden?💡 The @Polkadot ecosystem is rich with yield-bearing assets such as $vDOT, $stDOT, $LDOT, etc. However, many of these assets lack application scenarios to enhance capital efficiency and achieve higher returns. Zenlink Eden addresses this gap! 4⃣ What's next?🔜 Zenlink is integrating more yield-bearing assets, such as @StellaSwap's stDOT, @AcalaNetwork's LDOT, @Beamswapio's BLP, and more vTokens from @Bifrost.
