literal hardest role to hire for rn and every ai startup wants someone
> chronically online (knows trends)
> has taste & can create (new media)
> understands ai & technical
> can execute with quality (operator)
such a small niche of folks who can do this
ive talked to many teams in the past few months who are thinking about this but dont know quite what to call it/have called it everything from brand marketing to comms to storytelling to special projects to content/social
4 high-profile startups in past ~2 weeks have explicitly told me they are stealthily looking to hire for someone in this sort of role
these roles are quietly and quickly exploding if your ear is to the ground!!
So League of Legends jungle players are about create the most stressed out kids ever xitter.cf/forallcurious/status/2…
🚨: A groundbreaking study reveals that the sperm cells carry biological ECHOES of a father's stress, particularly from childhood trauma
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The cited study found epigenetic differences in sperm from men who reported childhood maltreatment but did not examine offspring or prove transmission of these changes. nature.com/articles/s4138… livescience.com/health/fertili…

i used to live alone when i was a young bachelor; no real friends, no girlfriend, no partying, no clubbing. just me, growing alone, compounding wealth. at first it felt like peace, but deep down it was chaos i battled daily.
walking around my apartment, i longed for someone to talk to. waking up, i wanted someone lying next to me. cooking, i wanted someone to eat with. watching football, i wanted to scream GOOAAALL with people by my side, but there was no one.
i had money, yes, but i felt lonely and depressed... truly, we are social creatures by design and no amount of self-love can replace the warmth of genuine human connection.
no philosophy, no hustle, no self-improvement can replace the simple need to be seen, heard, and valued. my depression started lifting only when i began going out more and building real connections. introversion can kill slowly.

He is 100% correct…
Modern Warfare 2019 is the game we should have built off of.
MW 2019 was the best COD of the last 8 or so years and arguably top 3 all time.
Respectfully I don’t care about what the pro players thought of it.
-Best SND we’ve ever seen
-Sound + Aesthetics were S Tier
-Gunplay might be the best we’ve ever had
-Gunfight
-Warzone
Camping DEFINITELY was an issue, I’ll give you that. The game had some maps that were abysmally slow.
BUT MW 2019 was literally a franchise revitalization moment for Call of Duty.
It was grounded, it was gritty, and it reminded people of the old days of COD.
After Infinite Warfare (2016), WWII (2017) and Black Ops 4 (2018)…and in the face of competition like Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex Legends dominating the streaming space…
MW 2019 single handedly forced Call of Duty back to forefront of cultural relevance.
I don’t give a shit if the game launched without red dots on the mini map, or Dead Silence being a field upgrade.
Peanuts compared to what this game did for Call of Duty as a whole.
MW 2019 gave COD a lifeline when it needed it most.
Game literally jump started careers, different routes for content creators. we literally ran cod social media for 4 cods off wz and snd/double down, outside of the big creators. 3/4 of the careers people have in this space all come from what this game did. Put some respect on this game
