The impact of emails has slightly blown my mind 🤯 Will be rethinking my approach from now!
Did you know a short email sent & received on a laptop has a carbon footprint equivalent to 0.3g of CO2?
(Longer emails, attachments & more recipients can increase this).

Spot on!
We need to break the cycle of staff leaving #NHS. There are things out of our control but there are some things in our control
Do we look after them?
Meet their basic needs?
Develop them?
Be flexible?
Value them?
Give autonomy?
Create diverse roles?
Recruit fairly?
