South Florida Water Management District is tasked with dealing with ever worsening King Tides.
They are also slated to lose $25.6M for Broward County & $26M for Miami Dade for first 2 years if Amendment 3 passes

The required infrastructure is staggering. Costs and timelines to implement are increasing even based on current projections. What we saw today was astounding.
