We scored one goal and had opportunities to score more.” 💪 Credit for getting the job done The second half was less convincing as Watford improved, but Peixoto praised his players’ work and effort. “It’s an important victory for us and gives confidence to the players because they work very hard every day.” ⚡ A response to Tuesday Peixoto saw more aggression, movement and attacking intent, plus better handling of opponents defending deep. “Today the team was more aggressive. We found space, had more mobility and created more chances to shoot.” 🔋 Recovery before Cardiff With tired legs and small injury issues, the players will get time off before working on the team’s patterns of play. “First, the players will have some days off to recover, not only physically but mentally as well.” Did you see the improvement Peixoto was looking for? 👇 #WWFC #Wolves
