Complete assignments to earn performance points, meet promotion requirements to climb the ranks, and challenge incumbents for limited executive seats. Your badge tracks your progress on-chain. Your ambition determines how far you climb. The higher you go, the tougher it gets.

In clock in, your colleague can challenge your rank and come for your seat. Match their timed challenge to defend your position. Miss the window, and they could take your rank while you get demoted.

Plot twist: everyone cannot be a manager. And definitely not everyone can be CEO. Clock in puts a cap on the number of badges that can occupy the higher ranks.
