First live in 6 months. Idk why I鈥檓 like this. Velo is always something that shows up in games for me lol. Nonetheless I felt good getting back on a mound.

The greatest lesson I鈥檝e learned through it all is not to worry but to lean on and trust GOD in every situation. Even when I don鈥檛 know what to do, I鈥檝e learned that GOD will always guide me. I live stress-free because I know that, no matter what, GOD has the final say over my life. I鈥檓 able to persevere through trials because I come from a family built on morals, values, and unshakable principles. Growing up, I had access to a lot, and maybe without my understanding shaped my world view, but I鈥檝e realized that peace, purpose, and faith can鈥檛 be bought. They have to be built. True success is who you become while waiting on GOD鈥檚 timing. GOD鈥檚 pace protects what your purpose will one day require.

Looking to get back into games next week wherever that may be. Feeling good ready to compete. Another pen coming this Friday will have more video/trackman data.
Hers a clip of the progress/changes made over the last 2 weeks. I've never understood the throw like I do now nor have I ever made a change knowing the why/how like now either.
Sneak little peep from todays pen. Have been making some HUGE changes and still more to come. I'm finally starting to understand the throw/sequencing and it's a beautiful thing. Almost to where I wanna be before I start looking for opportunity to start throwing again in games.
