There are two ways to get higher yield.
The first is choosing the strategy with higher expected APY.
Each strategy card shows the expected APY next to the risk type, term and payout schedule, and rates vary by strategy and asset.
Compare them side by side.
A higher expected APY usually means different terms or a different source of risk – for example, in Advanced Yield results follow the market and can turn negative.
The second is APY Boost.
Hold 100,000+ $PARK on your EarnPark account, and the boost is added on top of the current rate of Maker Core and Liquidity Providing.
It applies automatically, and the more $PARK you hold, the higher your tier and your boost.
The two work together.
Choose a Maker Core or Liquidity Providing strategy whose expected APY and terms suit you, and the boost adds to that rate.

We asked to be rated 📊
There are two ways to talk about risk: describe your own, or ask someone you don’t control to grade it.
We did both.
Two EarnPark strategies were added to
@StakingRewards Custodial earn products catalog: an independent aggregator, the same table as the market’s largest platforms, the same yardstick – no curve for being smaller.
The grades are public, on the listing.
The decision to be graded was ours – the grade is theirs.
If you only read one risk assessment of EarnPark, make it the one we didn’t write.

At TOKEN2049 we pitched the protocol from the Startup Stage and promised to break it down piece by piece.
Here’s where we start: why build it at all.
Today EarnPark works like any custodial platform.
You deposit, we allocate, you read the report.
It works, but it asks for a lot of trust.
The protocol puts what sits behind the report on-chain. Capital is held in smart contracts, allocations are visible, and the price of your share is confirmed by independent validators who don’t work for us.
Over the next weeks we’ll answer the questions that matter: what you hold, where the yield comes from, who confirms the price, how it’s split, and where the limits are.
No launch date in any of it – this is a design walkthrough, not a countdown.

Your APY Boost tier counts $PARK you can’t even sell yet.
Most early $PARK is still locked or vesting.
For APY Boost that distinction doesn’t exist – the tier is set by the total $PARK on your EarnPark account, and locked, vesting and staked balances count in full.
Token sale buyers still in vesting, early community supporters with locked allocations – your membership tier is already there, set by what you hold, not by what’s unlocked.
This is deliberate. The boost rewards holding $PARK – not the date you bought it.
Early holders are in from launch. Everyone else is in from 100,000 $PARK.

New $PARK utility is live: APY Boost
Here's how it works:
Your boost tier is set by the amount of $PARK held on your EarnPark account, and the boost is added on top of the current strategy APY.
Locked and vesting $PARK counts in full. So does $PARK in PARK Staking – the two utilities stack on top of each other.
This is where the $PARK utility roadmap stands today: Staking is live, APY Boost is live, and more to come.

TOKEN2049 Singapore is done 🇸🇬
We said we’d report back – here’s what came out of it.
On stage, we presented the next step: EarnPark Protocol. Same strategy desk, now verifiable on-chain.
Your share is worth exactly what the strategy holds, and the share price is confirmed by independent validators – not by us.

Off stage – a week of meetings with:
• exchanges, including an on-chain order-book exchange
• market makers and infrastructure partners
• card issuers and payment providers – on card integration for EarnPark users
• AML and compliance providers
• potential protocol validators, and teams ready to introduce more community and media partners
• funds and research teams looking at yield as a product
$PARK and the ecosystem were part of these conversations. These are conversations, not deals – partnerships get announced when they’re signed.
Where $PARK fits: validators stake $PARK to join the protocol. They confirm the share price and get paid for that work.
Over the coming weeks we’ll break the protocol down piece by piece. Thanks to everyone who came by SS23 🤝

We're attending @token2049 Singapore 🇸🇬 – booth SS23, pitch on the Startup Stage, and a week of meetings.
On stage we're pitching the next step: EarnPark going on-chain. CeFi platform today, protocol tomorrow – and this is where we test the idea against the market.
Off stage: infrastructure partners, exchanges, market makers – and of course, PARK.
Token and ecosystem are part of every partner conversation this week. We'll report back on what came out of it.

The 2 October post-mortem update is live.
Over the past weeks, our work has been focused on two things:
· the ongoing review with Binance
· delivering the risk-model changes we outlined after the incident.
This update gives a clear picture of both.
We'll continue to report on the remaining items as they are completed.

📣 Announcement!
Monthly rates revision for October is complete – no changes this month.
Rates are reviewed every month against the actual performance of each strategy and current market conditions.
When the numbers hold, the rates hold.
That's the case for October: all strategies keep their current terms.
Every strategy on EarnPark now carries a risk label instead of a level. A level tried to say how much risk. A label says what kind – where the risk comes from.
⚖️ Market-Neutral
Designed to reduce direct exposure to market direction. The result is not meant to depend on whether prices go up or down.
🔗 On-Chain
The strategy operates through blockchain protocols. Characteristic risks: smart contracts, the protocols themselves, and the mechanics of the networks they run on.
🔀 Cross-Venue
Delta-neutral positions spread across several exchanges and protocols. Characteristic risks come from operating in multiple places at once.
📈 Market-Exposed
Material directional market exposure. The result can move with the market – in both directions.
How to use them:
· The label on the strategy card is the starting point.
· Key Risks on the strategy page gives the complete picture.
· Read both, plus the strategy terms, before depositing.
👉 See the labels at go.earnpark.com/Kr8C
The EarnPark Calculator answers a simple question: what could a deposit look like in 6, 12 or 36 months?
You can:
· compare APR and APY on the same amount
· see how daily or monthly compounding changes the result
· see how regular deposits change the picture
Choose a strategy's rate or enter your own. The chart updates for any period you set.

📊PARK Utility Progress Report
With our monthly updates on schedule, here's where $PARK utility stands and what moved since last month.
This month: the roadmap is updated, the staking reward pool is bigger, and APY Boost tiers are set.
Here's what $PARK does inside EarnPark:
Staking: stake PARK to earn PARK from a monthly reward pool, now 2,500,000 PARK, shared across all staked tokens.
Current rate: ~168% APY.
Status: Launched.
APY Boost: an exclusive loyalty program for PARK holders. This month the tier structure was set:
PARK Select: 100,000+ PARK
PARK Preferred: 250,000+ PARK
PARK Elite: 1,000,000+ PARK
PARK Private: 5,000,000+ PARK, custom terms
Your tier is assigned automatically based on your PARK holding, and PARK on your balance and in staking both count. Each tier adds a boost on top of your base yield, and the higher the tier, the bigger the boost.
Status: Tiers set. Launch coming soon.
Mining: relaunch in preparation, with distribution tied to platform activity.
Status: Coming soon.
Buyback: starting from platform breakeven, 10% of platform revenue is planned to go to buying PARK on the market, from 2027.
Status: Planned.
Fee discount: pay platform fees in PARK and save up to 30% on fees.
Status: Planned.
Premium strategies: holding PARK unlocks access to higher-yield investment products on the platform.
Status: Planned.
Ecosystem in development:
EarnPark OnChain Protocol: EarnPark strategies move on-chain, with one wrapper token per asset and each strategy as a standalone on-chain product.
AI Trading Co-Pilot: generate, test, and deploy strategies with built-in risk controls. Access via PARK only.
Every item on this list moving from Planned to Launched makes PARK more useful, and that's the work we report on here every month.
Everything that happens with your funds on EarnPark is recorded in Transaction History: deposits, payouts, transfers, swaps, withdrawals. Every operation, with its date, amount and remaining balance.
Three things worth knowing:
🔍 Filters
Narrow the view by type, coin, date or status – useful when you're looking for one specific operation in a long history.
⬇️ Export
The full history downloads as a file in one click – for your own records, taxes, or checking numbers at your own pace in a spreadsheet.
✅ Complete record
Anything that happens with your funds is recorded there. If you ever want to verify a number, that page is where to check.
Often it answers the question on the spot – and if you have any questions left, support is always there.

Two new additions to the DeFi selection: $SOL and $XRP.
Same delta-neutral interest-rate arbitrage as our other DeFi strategies: offsetting long and short positions in the same asset, income from rate differences between venues — not from price direction.
· 6.5% APY
· Daily payouts
· Withdraw anytime
· Risk label: Cross-venue
Cross-venue means capital works across several exchanges and protocols at once. That's where the risk sits: the rate spread can narrow or reverse, and transfers between venues can be delayed.
Before allocating, read the full strategy description – fees, risks and conditions are listed there.

You can now swap $PARK ↔ USDT directly on the platform.
No need to connect an external wallet.
Open Swap, choose PARK/USDT, done – like any other asset on the platform.
Two routes, depending on where your $PARK is:
· Funds on the platform – the in-app Swap.
· Funds in your external wallet – swap.earnpark.com.

Three parts of EarnPark worth knowing your way around:
Wallet – the place for assets you're holding without a strategy.
No minimums, fully transferable: use it to move funds between strategies, diversify, or just hold. No withdrawal or deposit fee.
Swap – two ways to exchange.
In the app: swap between your assets directly – no need to withdraw and re-deposit.
On swap.earnpark.com: exchange USDT ↔ PARK from in your external wallet.
Vesting page – your full PARK unlock schedule in one place: total allocation, dates and amounts of every upcoming unlock, and claiming once tokens unlock.

August raised one question more than any other: how a market that rose 20–40% left altcoins Alpha Vault negative.
The strategy manager answers it in the review – what the vault sells when the price runs, and why the result is counted in coins.
There is also a benchmark: what a plain 50/50 split with no strategy on top would have done in the same month.
The vaults landed within about a point of it. That number is the one to compare against, not the price chart.
