Despite consuming 6,000 kcal/day during their crossing, David and Guy have lost considerable weight! 😮 • David dropped from 84kg to 76kg, and Guy dropped from 76kg to 66kg! ⚖️ • This means that they get to eat plenty of cake over the next few weeks! '🎂 • #TWAC2021 #TES2021

Boat clean up, and the all important post-race inspection! 🧽🕵️‍♂️ • And the team have passed their inspection! • Cleaning the boat, can be quite a smelly job. But also going through everything on the boat that you've spent all that time with...it can be quite cathartic! 🧘‍♂️
