@AmericanAir you have had me sleeping in Laguardia International Airport for two nights!!! You said my flight was canceled due to weather so no hotel voucher was available… but there was a different plane departing from our gate at the time we were supposed to be flying home.

Done. @AmericanAir has cost me two days of work and $600 in food and basic hygiene needs. They have refused to refund the amount of my tickets because β€œturns out we can’t refund used tickets.” Whoever is writing their DMs is horrible too. Posting the DM thread now.

I'm sorry this happened. American likewise left me in an airport, but for mechanical failures. Reporting may help protect others and American followed up more directly, plus maybe it will help American work to change: BBB bbb.org/us/tx/fort-worth/pro… & the DOT airconsumer.dot.gov/consumer…

This was my daughter birthday trip. Just the two of us. Your lack of customer service and or support for paying customers is disappointing. I’m out like $600 from living in an airport for two days and missing work. No one will help us! @AmericanAir 🀬

My daughter was ready to go once she realized the time. We had done nothing and the line time for one ride would take up three rest of the parks open time. NOT ONE RIDE. Cold chicken strips, close to no spooky scary people walking around. NOTHING.

I’m so mad I spent $400 to eat cold chicken. I know it’s a busy time of year but why sell so many tickets knowing the park can’t possibly accommodate a good time? It’s greedy and I feel completely take advantage of. I saved money for this disappointment.
