Before Nipsey passed he said, “the only distinguishing quality from me and probably whoever else is goin’ through this… Is that I ain’t quit”. It wasn’t talent, intelligence, or skill. The quality that set him apart was his ability to persevere. That 1 thing was the difference between those who succeeded & those who didn’t. Nipsey also said, “I’m not gon’ lie and portray this ultimate poise”. Even more powerful he acknowledged just how difficult & ugly the path had gotten. We can’t expect that dreams & goals worth having will manifest without sacrifice & hardships. It’s ok to feel like breaking down, as long as you don’t. Trust me, when you finally break through you’ll be glad you refused to quit. #DontQuit #Motivation #Nipsey #ThePivot #KeepGoing
