NIGERIA'S FLAMINGOS MAKE HISTORY AS THE FIRST AFRICAN NATION TO WIN THE FIFA U-17 WOMEN'S WORLD CUP 🤯🇳🇬🏆
might be an unpopular opinion.. but, there’s nothing anyone can tell me.. i want to believe the lack of stable electricity in Nigeria is 100% intentional …
Do not Undermine Democracy
I have received with shock the news of an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja nullifying the emergence of the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and all the actions he has taken. This is unsettling and surprising.
I do not challenge the ruling of the court. The court of law is constituted to determine disputes according to the law. My concern is that three months before a general election, it is in the public interest to have certainty. It is not good to have too many uncertainties about candidates and parties a few weeks before a presidential election. This instability is obviously engineered by the ruling party, just as they have done against me in the Labour Party and continue to do so to close down civic space for a robust campaign. It is also from the same rulebook that manufactures violence against us in our campaigns.
One mark of democracy is that at all times, it is voters and not courts that choose leaders. I trust in the judiciary. As a public officer, I have shown deep respect for the judiciary. I appeal that we protect the integrity of democracy by not undermining the free and fair choice of candidates.
The sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, in the midst of encroaching military rule in West Africa, should strengthen our resolve to protect opposition politics and not stamp out opposition parties. It is because of the importance of opposition to the sustenance of democracy that I have always promised that, as President, I will take a special interest in ensuring opposition parties are stable and thriving, and that opposition candidates are not persecuted out of electoral contests.
This is a time to strengthen our democracy by allowing the opposition to thrive.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

The question is does he have loot abroad? Yes/No? Can you say same for your candidate? Yes/no? Is he paying taxes in Nigeria? Yes/No?
So essentially your argument is that Peter Obi earns foreign exchange and pays taxes in Nigeria? You will be OK.

Blackouts is not what happens in Nigeria, light is what happens. We live in a blackout and get light from time to time.
Always about recognition and personal benefits. As long as they are recognised, praised, gifted a Prado SUV, or given ₦3,000 worth of data, nothing else matters to them - not even the suffering of Nigerians.

“They removed subsidy and threw Nigerians into poverty, yet this government has borrowed more money than all previous governments combined since the beginning of this Republic. They owe everybody, but Nigerians are yet to see the impact of these borrowings.
We are now told that the President will not come here to campaign. Since he became President, has he even spent one night here?
The President has over spent 260 days travelling outside Nigeria, yet he cannot spend 36 days travelling around Nigeria.”

Peak bigotry mehn.
So God does not care about Michigan
Unless God puts a Christian
A nation that chooses to reject God and insists on doing things its own way will eventually become like a house overrun by ants. When a society abandons godly principles, it creates room for moral decay, disorder and destruction.
As the adage goes, “When a people reject the wisdom of God, they eventually become victims of their own foolishness.”
A nation cannot continually turn its back on its Creator and expect to enjoy the blessings of His wisdom.

Joe Biden is a deeply devout, lifelong Roman Catholic who regularly attends Mass and frequently references his faith as his moral compass.
As only the second Catholic president in US history, he's known for carrying his late son’s rosary and quoting scripture to guide his politics at every turn. He didn't do this to win the presidency; he's done it for decades & has done this after his presidency.
Yet these same Christian nationalists did not consider him Christian enough. They were celebrating with "Christ is now in the White House" when the country elected a man who campaigned with several sexual assault charges behind him & had never shown any sign of religious devotion, and even reelected him after years of racism, bigotry, sexism & a criminal conviction.
It has never been about being Christ-like; it's all about weaponising religious politics. It is about using religion as a tool for white identity politics & exclusion, rather than a blueprint for personal character.
What has ever been Christian about Trump?

Christians, Jews and Sunni Muslims can legally hold seats in Iran’s parliament, and they have. The same is true in Pakistan, just as it’s legal for a Muslim to become a US senator. Keep crying, preferably with a history book open.
