Quick and dirty OutputDebugStringU() for UTF-8 strings, until OutputDebugStringA() accepts UTF-8.

Since Windows supports UTF-8 nowadays, is it possible to send UTF-8 text to OutputDebugStringA()? The documentation leads me to believe that this ought to work, in particular because OutputDebugStringW() works correctly and is documented to call OutputDebugStringA() internally.
