Trace Simmons (C) — Uncommitted One of the hottest uncommitted bats in the country right now, Trace Simmons is putting together a big-time season at the plate. Hitting .365 with a 1.078 OPS, Simmons has been a consistent offensive force all year long. He’s driven in 41 RBIs while tallying 15 extra-base hits, including 7 home runs — and the power is only trending up. Simmons has really started to tap into more HR juice lately, showing his ability to change a game with one swing. Recently recognized as one of the top uncommitted catchers in the country, Simmons brings a strong combination of production, power, and value behind the plate. @Trace73582361 @PSCCBaseball @tnballplayers

The Pellissippi State Baseball 30-man roster will consist of 26 Sophomores this year.  Heading into year 2 as a program, expectations have been set after a surprising 2nd place finish in year 1.  On the mound this year the panthers are returning @MatthewMeade0 (MTSU Commit), and @_JacobDillon_ who both threw 55+ innings last season.  They have also added transfers @cooperjones2024 (LMU), @carterk_0 (Lipscomb Univ), Nathan Reed (Itawamba CC), Roanan Cason (Yakima CC), and @LantzShirk (Maryville College).  All showing very well this past fall.  Freshman RHPs Zach Johnson and Foster Whisman are also expected to be big contributors this Spring.  On the position players side Returners Jacob Dillon (1B) and Caden Channell (LF) are expected to be middle of the order bats.  Freshman infielders Caden Black and MaKai Derry have been impressive all fall.  Transfers Donovan Mitchell- CF-  (Univ. Of S. Alabama), Trace Simmons - C- (LMU), and Rex Pendergrass - IF - (MTSU) are also expected to have a big impact this spring.  The Pellissippi Panthers are hoping to improve their 33-23 (19-10 conference) record from last year. @PSCCBaseball @HaydenPewitt @ETNbaseballguru @tnballplayers

Huge shout out to the coaches @PSCCBaseball •Shawn Hughes — Head Coach •Hayden Pewitt — Assistant Coach •Zane Keener — Assistant Coach •Grif Hughes — Pitching Coach In just the first year of Pellissippi being a program they finished 2nd in the conference making it all the way to the championship game against Walters. That is absolutely incredible for anyone much less a first year program. Definitely a team to watch as they look even more loaded this year. @TCCAAsports @tnballplayers @CoastRecruits @TopPreps @BUncommitted @uncommittedBBs @JUCOuncommitted @jucoroute @2YearBaseball @Juco_Spotlight @u_prospect @DiamondAddicts
