We’re on a journey to becoming the healthiest region in the country, with brilliant initiatives just like this one.

Love that @parkrunUK are getting behind this. My daughter asked me to take her to park run - as a 14 year old running for the first time on her own, she was encouraged, cared for and supported. It inspired her to run every day.
