This is an actual Marvel Comics storyline and Eternals already set up the exact same rules in the MCU. The entire premise of Eternals, that Earth has a giant Celestial embryo (Tiamut) growing inside its core was lifted straight from Marvel’s 1999 Earth X series. And in Earth X, the big reveal is that Galactus eats planets specifically to keep Celestials from hatching and overrunning the universe! People always ask why Galactus doesn't just eat uninhabited gas giants instead of killing billions of people. Because he needs concentrated life energy and as Arishem explained in Eternals, intelligent life only exists on those planets to feed the Celestial seed inside the core! When Silver Surfer searches the universe for "suitable" worlds, he isn't looking for dirt and water, he's scanning for the massive cosmic radiation of a gestating Celestial (or an Omega level anomaly like Franklin Richards!). If the Celestials are the farmers planting eggs across the universe, Galactus is the apex predator keeping their population in check. #Marvel #MCU

People wondering why Odin was in a completely different league compared to other MCU gods forget that every time he used the Odinforce on screen, he casually broke the rules of the universe. He turned a Frost Giant infant into an Asgardian with a touch of his finger, and turned his dying wife Frigga’s ashes into glowing stars across the night sky.
