Diane Montagne is not out there saying "trust me bro." The organizers are certainly gracious. That doesn't erase any of what everyone can see for themselves
For years, these same individuals have produced crisis pornography at the expense (and ultimately, detriment) of the Traditional Latin Mass community. Personality disorders, aside, one should consider they always rely on anonymous sourcing. “Trust me, bro” is not journalism.

Does it work though. Things that made me never go to the small tapas place in town 1 loud music (your place is Spanish in every respect, why are you playing crashing rock) 2 the worst lighting: no candles or sconces (light from the side), only dim high LED cans. They closed btw
It's not a mystery. It's the desire for profit, which is increased in several ways by noise in restaurants.

There are clear principles here. Marriage is a public act. Once you realize that it's not a private arrangement affecting only the people involved but an act that affects the whole community, you will know what you must do and not do. Thou shalt not bear false witness.
Yesterday two high-profile media folks, one a divorced Catholic without an annulment, the other a Protestant, got married in a big public wedding attended by many even more well-known Catholic, church-going Catholic politicians. I 'm not here to judge, but that kind of marriage, from the Catholic perspective, places the union in the category of “public and permanent adultery” as long as the first spouse lives (CCC 1650, 2384). Was it scandalous for Catholics to attend —the risk of leading others to believe that such a marriage is licit or that the Church’s teaching on indissolubility and canonical form may be disregarded? That's for God to sort out, but it sure would be nice if one of those influential Catholics would have stayed home and instead used the opportunity as a great witness to the sanctity of marriage.

Lol! Get a load of this. 🤣 A few weeks ago, The Washington Post reported that the lack of hurricanes in the Atlantic this year is because thunderstorm updrafts are becoming weaker as a result of global warming. Ben Noll’s argument was that higher warming rates in the upper troposphere relative to the lower stabilizes the atmosphere (which, if true, is the correct interpretation). Last week, however, The Post changed their story. According to Dr. Victor Gensini, a professor at Northern Illinois University, global warming is actually making thunderstorms updrafts more powerful because of reduced atmospheric stability, which is leading to larger hail. The climate panic merchants never get their stories straight. Their religion is built on a house of cards.

According to Pfizers own safety report: 158,893 adverse events AND 1,223 reports with fatal outcomes occurred in just the first 3 months of COVID-19 vaccine reporting. Does this sound “safe and effective”?

It always comes down to this, when all the arguments are lost and all the evidence is in: We don't like your tone. First, you label sticking to one's principles "confrontational" with all the negative connotations of that word. Too bad. Second, even if there is anger -- TOO BAD

It's super important to read what you're consenting to, ESPECIALLY for your child.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT 🚨 American Medical Doctor in Chicago is blowing the whistle on a new practice that’s taking place It’s called “close your eyes and immunize.” He says it’s becoming very common to vaccinate children when they go under anesthesia WITHOUT PARENT CONSENT often times because the parents are signing to do what’s best for the child under anesthesia, but doctors are now including vaccinations as necessary Again, you take your child in for a surgery, sign the paper saying to do what’s best for your child, the hospitals are now using that consent to vaccinate your kids without your knowledge. Including with the COVID vaccine “I'm a family doctor who practices in the suburbs and the city of Chicago. I wanted to offer some practical advice tonight to those of you who, like me, might be angry and very concerned about the news reports detailing the rise of what one hospital is calling, close your eyes, we'll immunize. This is a growing practice, perhaps pioneered at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, but something that's been around longer than the powers that be would like us to know, where children are undergoing elective and emergency medical surgeries and being immunized while they're away from their parents in the operating room” “Parents have often given consent unknowingly or under duress for these vaccinations to be performed. And one of the things that's clear from the reports is that informed consent, which should be one of the hallmarks of medical ethics and practice today, is rarely being provided to the extent that it should be” “Flu shot seems to be the most popular thing to administer, but RSV, COVID, and some other things are now being administered without the parents knowing while their child is in the hospital. So imagine you take your child to the hospital because they have terrible belly pain. Turns out they have appendicitis and any of appendix taken out. You sign a form saying that the surgeon and the medical team can do whatever they think is necessary to help your child. You didn't know your child's getting a flu shot 15 minutes later before the first incision is made” Okay this is CRIMINAL in my opinion so I did my own research and found out what states this is happening in, Pennsylvania at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia . Official “Close Your Eyes, We’ll Immunize” program running since 2023. It gave 2,054 influenza vaccine doses in the 2025–2026 season to children already under sedation anesthesia Colorado at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Offers influenza vaccine under general anesthesia to eligible patients since 2020. More than 18,000 patients have received it. Additional vaccines are sometimes given at the request of a primary care clinician Illinois at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and its ambulatory surgery centers. Offers flu shots under anesthesia for eligible patients age 6 months and older during scheduled surgeries and procedures California at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center in Northern California. First KP facility in the region to offer flu shots to pediatric surgical patients ages 6 months–18 while under anesthesia for planned procedures

The @stltoday article has a vague photo of the giant sculpture and lots of blather about it not being political BUT ALSO for abortion -- but for sure it's just really ugly and demonic. Why should the city have it inflicted on the area?

Having babies without technology- imagine! Here’s a thought. Don’t put girls on the pill and they won’t all be needing IVF The Pill is poison.
It is an incredible fact that women in the past had far more children at older ages than women do today, even without the benefit of modern technology. Assisted reproductive technology is supposed to extend the fertility window, and yet childbearing ends sooner now than it did in the past! 1/4 (Cambridge Population Group)

In fact, many versus populum (facing the people) insisters use St. Peter's as their rationale (Taylor Marshall did this). It's just how the basilica is built. The same celebrant would say Mass ad orientem in a different setting. Ad orientem means "to the east" not "away from the people"
Replying to @TBKatolikiem
It is not true that Bishop Schneider was given permission to celebrate Mass on the condition that he did so facing the people. His Excellency was in fact celebrating the Mass facing east, ad orientem. This is the way the Basilica was built.

It’s wrong for a child to be conceived in a Petri dish. Just trying to make it happen leads to innumerable problems and injustices. The child has a right to be conceived in its own mother’s womb in the marital act.
IVF has introduced moral evils that will continue to multiply unless we confront them honestly and reject IVF, writes Father Jerry J. Pokorsky. catholicworldreport.com/2026…

Context, people! Synodality demands the pilgrims be left outside, even if it makes the Vatican look a bit bad. They can rely on their lame excuses being upheld by those whom, while not absolutely against the “preference” for devotion, yet are blind to what is really going on
Replying to @MountainButorac
The Franciscan event was given as a pretext not to allow the Mass or the prayer at the tomb of St Peter for the following reasons: Firstly, we know that Leo had disclosed privately that he was reluctant to allow the pilgrims’ events because of criticism he had received about last year’s pilgrimage Mass in the basilica. Secondly, the Franciscan event wouldn’t have clashed with a morning Mass or prayer but it gave the Vatican a way out without having to explain the real reason why. Thirdly, the Pope and the Vatican had had since December to agree to the pilgrims’ request, ample time, if the Franciscan event had been planned long ago, to let them know of any scheduling clash. Instead that manufactured clash was only revealed at the end of September, over a month after the Secretariat of State had denied the Mass. The evidence that the Vatican simply wanted to block the Mass and prayer is therefore very clear.

Do you live in St. Louis? Do you know about this HUGE statue going up? They didn't want it in Houston -- or NYC insidehighered.com/news/stud…

This article ought to have included commentary from those who oppose the statue in St. Louis, @JackSuntrup, not just a quote about "vibes" of support. The sculpture has demonic imagery. I can put you in touch with those who can explain it if you like.

There was actually one time I remember where the bribe was... marijuana
Never forget when politicians like @BilldeBlasio tried to bribe people into taking the COVID shots with burgers, fries, and doughnuts. They called it public health. I call it a sick joke.

Does anyone else remember when dogs were not leashed all the time?
I genuinely do think there are a lot of basically good people who have never really thought about the ways in which they are behaving badly as dog owners, because nobody ever really calls them out for it. If your dog is ever off leash, you are being antisocial and behaving badly. If your dog ever jumps on somebody who didn’t specifically ask for that to happen, then you are behaving antisocially (even if the dog is just being “friendly”). If you have an invisible fence in your yard, but your dog comes running right up to the line at full speed only to stop at the last minute and bark at everybody who walks by, then you are behaving antisocially. Honestly, even behind a fence, this is an aggressive and annoying imposition on anybody walking by. If somebody has ever respond with fear or annoyance at something your dog has done and you’ve reflexively protested, “oh don’t worry, he won’t hurt you” or “he’s friendly” then that’s antisocial behavior. (You should just simply say, “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have done that, I won’t let it happen again” and then you should work to actually make it not happen again. Telling people not to worry, that you think your dog is just peachy, is bad behavior.) This is all bad behavior. It’s all antisocial. And I have these experiences with dogs and their owners routinely. This is all extremely common stuff.
