We will never stop fighting for our rights in our countryโฆ Today March and March under the SA First forum led by the CEO Mr Xolani Zuma, received a court order confirming that we have been admitted as The Friends of the Court for the Full Bench Matter involving the arrest and detention of Asylum Seekers in South Africa and other applications.
There are two conflicting judgments one by Judge Motha and the other by Judge Wilson (Co-Founder of Seri) and others.
As things stand there are a number of organisations including the United Nations, Lawyers for Human Rights, Kopanang Africa etc. representing Migrants and we are the only Friends of the Court representing the interests of South Africans outside government, probably the first time ever these NGOs are being challenged by a black organisation representing South Africans interestsโฆ
