💪 Work hard
🔥 Be bold
🙌 Serve others

Love this feedback from one of our sent ones after a short-term trip, "This team was special as each of them already knew me before coming and had been important in my processing of my call and preparation to the field...
I think there is also something so special about being loved and seen for "me" rather than as my job title."

One of the conversations I like most is when a young church ask @theupstreamc where do they start in their church becoming a sending church. We curated this free starter kit resource to help. Check it out - buff.ly/3YgPSGo

Work from home today is accompanied by the crazy whir of cicadas outside and my son inside trying to pick out how to play "Don't Stop Believing" on our piano...but only the intro (which I love) over and over and over again. TGIF! #allthenoise
