Teenagers will need a parent’s sign-off to install Wikipedia, Duolingo or a Bible app, and kids without a parent to ask get locked out completely.
Apple, Google and Amazon’s lobby group has now sued to block it on First Amendment grounds.

Some times we are attracted to things that are dark or taboo and that doesn't make you a bad person or mean you support these things in real life. There are always gonna be fucked up individuals who ignore consent and hurt people, in kink spaces AND non kink spaces, but the majority of people practicing a kink, no matter how "gross" or "weird" or "too close to the real thing" you think it is, understand consent and actually have brains that they use.
