Don't you people ever get tired of this doctor vs pharmacist argument? Doctors have their expertise, pharmacists have theirs. Nobody needs to belittle another profession to prove their worth. Healthcare needs collaboration, not professional ego battles.

I strongly advocate for stricter remuneration standards for PHARMACISTS in Nigeria, especially in community practice. You cannot pay a licensed pharmacist ₦150k monthly and still impose sales targets. Mbah! It cannot happen.

Doctors will fight pharmacists. Doctors will fight nurses. Doctors will fight radiographers. Doctors will fight physiotherapists. Doctors will fight scientists. Doctors will fight chemists. Doctors will fight nutritionists. Doctors will fight anatomists. Doctors will fight even porters. A small-minded, ego-driven, and problematic profession. And mind you, none of these professions is interested in taking over their roles. Yet, you'll find doctors everywhere trying to take over other professions' roles and suppress their growth. And then you wonder why healthcare is suffering in Nigeria.

My wife moved her nephew into our home without discussing it with me. When I questioned her, she told me the house wasn't mine to make decisions about. Three months later, our family is divided over money. I felt disrespected, because although the house is registered in her name and her mother's (my mother-in-law), I also contribute financially to the household. When I raised my concerns, she reminded me that the property belonged to her and her mother, making it clear that she didn't believe I had a say in who lived there. I tried to let it go, but things only got worse. .....
