.@MiamiDolphins @Vikings @Ollie_Gordon2 another game; another lesson learned. The OG is your starting RB1... #phinsup #BaldysBreakdowns
Former ILB. OL don’t stand a chance when you’ve developed your block destruction off ball and on ball. Going to play a long time.
Everyone on Washington came up to Byron Murphy and told him how great he is

Malik Willis learned the business of football early. A wide receiver as a junior in high school, a transfer as a senior, he believed Auburn was where he would flourish. At least, that’s what he thought.
After two years behind Jarrett Stidham, @malikwillis was told a freshman named Bo Nix would be the next starter. He entered the transfer portal with few suitors, but a daily Bible verse led him to Liberty—and ultimately, the NFL. Every stop taught him another lesson about the business of football.

Free-agent defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah is signing a one-year deal with the Chiefs; per source. It’s a reunion. Ogbah won a Super Bowl with them in 2020.

Aaron Rodgers called out ESPN for not covering the Dianna Russini scandal.
"And there was another scandal this offseason too, involving a voter for MVP and Coach of the Year. How much time did your network spend on that?"

My takeaways from Packers day 4 training camp:
- Daniel Whelan is a demon
- Zaire Franklin has great coverage skills
- Anthony Campbell is looking really REALLY good in camp so far
- Trey Smack went 3/5 today
- Cisse looks very good in coverage
- Barryn Sorrell and Collin Oliver are the future

Collin Oliver has been largely overlooked in the Packers’ edge defender conversation, but the young pass rush specialist could quietly emerge as an important piece after an injury-shortened rookie season.
Shout out The Legendary, Matt Thomas!
Sneaky good offseason for the #Vikings. Shed/Restructure the contracts of aging, injured, and/or declining vets that don’t fit their timeline. Drafted and infused help at much needed spots for the short and long term. Signed reliable vets that don’t hinder future flexibility.

Nolan Teasley has been with the Seahawks since 2013. He was a pro scout, assistant director of pro personnel and then director of pro personnel before he became assistant GM in 2023.
If he were to become another team’s GM, Seattle would get two third-round compensatory picks.

To every undrafted free agent!!
As a guy who sat in your seat years ago with no call on draft day, this is the worst feeling in the world. Feeling like all your dreams just got folded up like hotel sheets. Shit sucks. As a guy who never went to the combine, never got a Senior Bowl invite, or a pro day, I am now a vested veteran with a lifetime pension and 6 accredited seasons. My biggest advice?
FUCK IT, GO BALL. You have nothing to lose. You can’t kill a man who is already dead. Know your leash is very tight, so treat everything like it’s your last time. Be proud of your journey and let your nuts hang. All you need is one opportunity. If you guys need any advice, my DMs are always open! Go get it, young fellas.

My heart breaks for Rondale Moore and his family. I hate suicide because I know it’s more than a mental battle. It’s a spiritual battle and there is an evil in this world that seeks to steal the future of men and women of all ages. Rondale would not choose to have those negative thoughts in his head. They showed up and sadly he believed the lies they spoke to him. Remember you are not the thoughts you think. You are the thoughts you believe. I say this to anyone struggling with depression, discouragement and doubt. Don’t believe these lies. You’re not broken. There’s nothing wrong with you. You don’t need to be fixed. You are just in battle between good and evil and your mind is the battleground. You need to learn the truth to win the battle. Every hero in every epic movie must battle a villain and so will you in this life. Your future is filled with hope. You are loved. Faith gives you strength.
