More elite coaching by letting 15 seconds run off the clock with 2 timeouts in your pocket, then using that timeout 2 plays later when the clock was already stopped, and then having to settle for the field goal from inside the 10 with a timeout left

The funny thing about the bend-but-don’t-break defense is it only works if it doesn’t break at the end. The Cowboys defense is giving up 14+ play drives lasting 8+ minutes and the opposing teams gets 7 anyway
