Pele is a fast, beautiful, open source renderer for Mermaid diagrams we created for the next version of Obsidian.

In pursuit of making Obsidian insanely fast and cohesively designed, I always found the Mermaid library to be too big, too slow, and too hard to theme. Pele will be the new renderer in the next version of Obsidian, but you can start using it now.

⛹️♂️💬 A coisa que mais me incomodou no vídeo da Gabriela Prioli passando pano pro Banco Master foi esse trechinho, onde ela faz sua teoria da conspiração sobre um possível "Jogador Poderoso".
Eu assisto MUITO conteúdo sobre mercado financeiro e NUNCA vi essa expressão, "jogador poderoso".
Pessoas frequentemente usam "player", assim em inglês mesmo, pra se referir a um agente de mercado potencialmente interessado no negócio.
Esse player nunca é traduzido do inglês. Palavras 100% em português que se usam no lugar de player poderiam ser "agente", "concorrente", "ator", "parte", etc.
Mas nunca "jogador", que seria uma tradução ao pé da letra.
A impressão que me passa é de alguém que recebeu um briefing sobre o que dizer, não quis usar a palavra "player" por ufanismo gramatical, mas também não tinha familiaridade com o assunto e fez uma tradução literal por falta de conhecimento.
Ainda bem que não sou adepto de teorias da conspiração ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This story is extremely important:
A whistleblower revealed that Brazil's far-right Bolsonaro family dynasty met with Meta to discuss US plans to interfere in Brazil's election, to prevent Lula from winning.
Lula's Facebook and Instagram accounts were censored a few days before the first round of the presidential election.
This had a huge impact on the election, because Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which are all owned by Meta, are the most popular apps in Brazil, and are hugely influential all across Latin America. (Jair Bolsonaro's son Flávio was declared the winner of the first round of the vote, by a narrow margin.)
Meta later admitted that Lula's accounts had been restricted, but it claimed that this was supposedly due to a "technical error"...
The whistleblower who disclosed this is Nadia Beller, a Bolivian journalist who was almost killed by hitmen hired by Fernando Cerimedo, a far-right Argentine political operative who oversees election interference, bots, and disinformation campaigns.
Cerimedo is closely linked to the US government and has worked for pretty much every right-wing leader in Latin America. He was photographed with Donald Trump Jr. and members of the Bolsonaro family, and he received an award at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida a few months before he was arrested for the failed assassination attempt against Beller, his pregnant ex-girlfriend.
