You freeze all my store and I can't do anything about it, and every new store created, regardless of the payment method used and the company employed, is directly banned within 48 hours of the account being opened,
I can't go on like this, you're hurting my business and giving no valid reasons for this phenomenon.
None of your advisers can give me any precise information and I've been waiting for answers from the Shopify merchant trust team for weeks now.
I find this unacceptable after two years of loyal service, I'm writing this tweet in the hope that you'll consider the seriousness of the situation.
