Don't avoid sugar & processed foods we know cause cancer. Don't avoid booze & cigarettes which we know causes cancer. Don't hit the gym, sauna, & get physically fit like we know reduces risk of all diseases including cancer. What does mainstream tell guys....... Look at porn more for your health?
