๐บ๐ฟ๐ท๐บ A tough start for wing-back Makhmud Makhamadzhonov at Dinamo Makhachkala.
After scoring an own goal in a 3-1 loss to CSKA back in September, the Uzbek defender was sent off after just 14 minutes against Rostov today.
Dinamo went on to lose 3-0.
With Uzbek winger Muhammadali Urinboev under contract for a few years with @official_rafc but not in the picture game wise, there has to be a loan move come January even to the 2nd tier. Consistent game time is needed for a player who looked a level above at Pakhtakor.
Both Uzbeks at @ibfk2014 scored with Eldor Shomurodov opening the scoring and Abbosbek Fayzullaev getting the 5th. Fantastic result
It looks like @Cristiano can't hack it in a cold weekday night in Tashkent as the @AlNassrFC player will not be in their squad for the upcoming @TheAFCCL match against Uzbek side @Pakhtakor_fc
AI has a ton of development still to do when ranking the top Uzbek players by transfer value. I'm not sure if Khusanov having a mullet or Urunov having glasses is objectively funnier ๐
๐บ๐ฟ Uzbekistan finished 42nd in the FIFA U15 football festival in Azerbaijan. Their position is a full 25 higher than my own Scotland ๐
๐บ๐ฟ The Uzbekistan U17 squad for a training camp ahead of the World U17 championship has been announced. They will take on Ecuador in a series of friendlies.
The first round of the Uzbek 3rd tier playoffs has concluded and the 1/4 and route to the final made. No major shocks and some interesting ties in the upcoming rounds

๐บ๐ฟ Uzbekistan side Navbahor are monitoring a number of the legionaries at fellow Uzbek club @Pakhtakor_fc with Iranian defender Morteza Pouraliganji and 2/3 of the Iraqis amongst players the Namangan side want to sign for the 2027 season.

Masharipov is the only player between both sides who has played for both Esteghlal and Shabab Al-Ahli.
Defeat for Pakhtakor in Iraq as they remain winless after 3 games in the @TheAFCCL
Neftchi lose 2:1 bit currently occupy the last spot for the knockout rounds as things stand.
Neftchi take on Saudi side @ittihad_en in the @TheAFCCL. Feels like it's a Saudi team every match but this will be a hopefully really good game. Hopefully Forss gets a goal.
Eldor Shomurodov starts for @ibfk2014
