So what is NetCorp?
Shareholders,
NetCorp is the flagship product of NetNet Capital Management, an MMORPG where every action is a trade that you win with real trading and with game skill.
You join by loading your character with a seed, which is held in real stocks and becomes your starting equity. Your equity doubles as your character's strength and health, so the position you carry into the world is the same thing that keeps you alive in it.
From there you walk the world and take quests, and every quest asks you to risk some of that equity and pays you back more if you complete it. Some quests are fights against the things that roam the campus, and some are puzzles you have to work out yourself. Others are trades, where a quest giver asks you to go long or short an asset and you win the quest if your trade wins.
Combat follows the same rule, since bigger bosses pay more money at higher returns and more powerful weapons are what let you beat them. A fight that would cost an underpowered character most of their stake becomes a routine win once the right weapon is in hand, which means better gear lets you risk less to earn more.
When you fail a quest, the usual answer is that you need better gear, and every gear shop in the world runs on $NET. Shops across the map sell weapons, armor, upgrades and everything else that helps you on the way, and all of them execute $NET market buys under the hood.
The $NET you buy is added to your character and earns rebases the whole time it is there. You can spend those rebases in the shops, or take an advance on them through the ADVANCE desk we already run and put that money to work in the game. You can also put your future rebases at risk on a quest when you want a bigger position than your equity alone allows.
Every character ends up with two balances that work together, the equity in stocks that decides how strong you are and what you can risk, and the $NET you spend to get better at keeping it.
Dungeons are the biggest payouts in the game, and they need a group to clear. Only brass can call a group together, and the brass leader earns a share of everything the group makes during the raid. In return the leader has to risk a bigger part of their own pot than anyone else in the party to run it.
Brass characters also start stronger than every other character in the game. They level up faster, reach better gear sooner and earn more equities along the way, on top of what they make from leading raids.
All of this runs on $NET, the currency of the whole game and the only way to buy a weapon, an upgrade or anything else in any shop. Every player needs it to progress, and it sits on their character earning rebases. The more people that play, the more $NET gets bought and held.
We have shipped 13 games in under 3 months, and every one of them was practice for this. The plates, the factions, the characters, and the gear are already live on chain, and NetCorp is where all of it comes together.
More Soon.

$NET cannot go to zero. The immutable core contracts set backing at $173 right now, including the RWA sleeve its over $210.
At these levels we are aggressively buying $NET . uncapped upside with a worse case 50% drawdown.
The treasury continues to climb, V3 RWBs turn off dilution, we have $1M in stables coming to the credit desk today which we will use to buy more $NET.
Overall, we've grown our treasury to nearly $26M in under 3 months, we have basically built all of 2021-22 DeFi in under 3 months, We've delivered brand new on-chain experiences including on no-loss lotteries, no-loss sportsbooks, an advance rebase desk, and more. We have the largest morpho blue market on RH chain, and we have not even released our bluechip (frontier) product yet.
We've also done all of this without any public acknowledgement of any kind from RobinHood yet. Worth mentioning.
A bet on $NET is a bet that our team will be able to grow the treasury past the pace of emissions. So far that bet has been correct, but it is clear that additional revenue streams outside of bonds are required for the next leg up.
I am betting that we can deliver.

SAVE THIS NFT FLOOR.
Seriously.
Take a screenshot of the current @StackersXYZ floor.
Because I have a feeling that in a few days/weeks, we’re going to look back at this price and wonder how these NFTs were trading this cheap.
I’m calling it now:
I believe Stackers can do AT LEAST a 10x from the current NFT floor.
And the reason has nothing to do with speculation.
Look at what you actually get when you own a Stacker:
💰 Real earnings every hour
The machine is buying tokenized stocks, gold, oil and other assets and locking them inside the NFTs.
Your Stacker is literally accumulating value while sitting in your wallet.
And the earnings stay with the NFT.
🔥 15.92% of the NFTs have already been burned.
503 NFTs gone forever.
There were 3,159.
The supply is shrinking while the remaining NFTs continue generating.
🧬 Fusion
You can merge 2 or 3 Stackers into one.
The survivor takes the vaults, tier weight and bonus with the top fusion reaching 13.65x earning weight.
And the burned NFTs are gone permanently.
⚡ Then comes THE OPERATOR.
This is the part that makes me extremely bullish.
The Operator is already being tested.
It moved money between desks while the team was sleeping, with every move logged on the tape.
The latest test showed:
+11.21%
after 21.2 hours, roaming across 21 desks.
And next week:
Beta for Stacker holders.
Read that again.
Your NFT is getting access to an autonomous agent designed to watch markets, evaluate opportunities and put capital to work.
It’s becoming an income-producing asset with an evolving financial infrastructure attached to it.
1,736 Stackers already paid.
$131,774 already distributed to holders.
503 NFTs burned.
The Operator entering beta.
And the market is still valuing these NFTs at a price where I believe the upside is completely asymmetric.
So I’m going to say it very clearly:
SAVE THIS FLOOR.
Remember the price these NFTs are trading at RIGHT NOW.
Because I genuinely believe that in the next few days/weeks, we’re going to see a completely different market.
My target: minimum 10x from here.
Not financial advice.
Just my conviction.
I’ve been watching what dev is building, watching the mechanics evolve and watching the numbers.
I’m not fading this one.
Stackers are massively undervalued. 🚀

This is very interesting regarding $JIMOTHY and the breakdown of the top 100 wallets activity (Appear to have the bundler / MM tag on GMGN but a good portion are accumulating for potential CEX listing most likely - I did spot a Wintermute wallet on Bubblemaps as well):
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
🦝 — Bundler / Market Maker Activity Breakdown
Sample: Top 96 holders
Bundlers / MM's: 52 wallets = 54% of top holders
Bundler / MM's supply: 22.4% = $1.5M
Lifetime transaction split (top holders only):
- Bundlers / MM's: 3,408 buys / 1,371 sells
- Non-bundlers: 551 buys / 500 sells
- Bundlers / MM's = 86.1% of all buys, 73.3% of all sells
Net behavior:
- 42 bundlers / MM's net buying 🟢
- 10 net selling 🔴
- 15 never sold a single token
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
🦝 — Who Is Actually Trading This Token?
🔗 TOKEN DATA:
gmgn.ai/sol/token/AhzyOltk_G…
When you look under the hood, one group is doing almost all of the work. 🧵
The question everyone asks about JIMOTHY: how much of this tape is the bundlers / MM's?
The answer: most of it.
Of the top 96 holders, 52 carry the bundler/MM tag — 54 percent of the entire top holder list. They control 22.4% of total supply, about $1.5 million at today's price.
But the more striking number is in the trading activity. Across the lifetime of this token, those 52 wallets have executed 3,408 buys against 1,371 sells. The other 44 top holders combined have executed just 551 buys and 500 sells.
That means 86.1% of every buy and 73.3% of every sell from the top holder group came from bundler/MM-tagged wallets.
What that actually means
This token's largest holders are not passive. They are the market (Market Makers). The depth, the liquidity, the rhythm of the tape — all of it is driven by a single cohort of 52 wallets who bought in at launch and have been trading with themselves and around the edges ever since.
But the direction matters:
42 of those 52 bundlers are net buyers (Market Makers). Only 10 are net sellers. And 15 bundlers have never sold a single token — they have bought 15-plus times and never once pressed the sell button.
The ratio is 2.5 buys for every 1 sell across the bundler cohort's entire history. That is not a distribution pattern. That is accumulation — or at minimum, a group that has not begun to exit.
What the non-bundlers are doing
The other 44 top holders have a nearly even split: 551 buys, 500 sells. They are the tourists and the traders — roughly balanced, taking profits and adding back in equal measure. The organic market is neutral.
The honest read
The bundler/MM share of the tape sounds alarming on its face — 86% of buys. But the behavior inside that 86% is the opposite of a rug. A rugging cohort sells. This one is buying at 2.5-to-1, holds 22.4% supply, and has 15 members who have never sold.
$JIMOTHY's bundlers / MM's are not waiting to exit. They are the engine of the market. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing depends entirely on whether they ever flip their bias — and so far, through a 70% drawdown, they have not. Seems they are wanting to buy at these low prices before a big run up? Possibly?
$PNUT and $FRED had very similar activity back in 2024 before being listed on @binance and going on huge runs literally overnight. Stay vigilant ! Be prepared !

What. A. Day.
Completely blown away by the demand, to the point where the website couldn’t handle the traffic. We’ve had a call bridge open with the devs for 5hrs after launch - we quadrupled the API call per second capacity, we quadrupled the server RAM, we upgraded the RPC node, and we deployed an optimisation to the UI to reduce the load. There are worse problems to have I guess 😂
$2.28mil total value locked and climbing, including over 15% of the entire NFT market. Crazy, it’s not even been 6hrs!
So proud of what @bertcoincto has achieved. 6 months of hard work, grit and determination to bring the $BERT community the ability to stake their tokens and NFTs into an audited & battle tested smart contract, rewarding users in the process.
All of this from “just a memecoin”? $BERT is way beyond that now.
