Aioli and wagyu are the two most misleading scam words in the American culinary scene. Real aioli is just garlic and olive oil emulsified together. Most restaurants are giving you flavored mayonnaise. Wagyu in Japanese just means beef. There are levels to wagyu. Buzz words!
Circling back to aioli. If you had top level fried calamari with REAL aioli, you’d lose your fucking mind! Most people have not had real aioli unfortunately because they’re not privy to the scam at hand.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has removed Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia, the Pentagon's top military planner, without providing an explanation, as President Trump considers renewed military operations against Iran, The Atlantic reports.
Sylvia, a former commander of the 101st Airborne Division, is the second officer removed from the Joint Chiefs of Staff's Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate (J5) within a year. No replacement has been announced.
