Last 24 hours have felt like this as a founder of a SaaS.
Kudos if you are still standing after all the vulnerabilities getting exposed.

Today, we’re introducing: Waterfall 2.0 ⚡⚡
Bitscale already powers enrichment for 1,000+ teams from across sales, growth and RevOps, at companies like DevRev, Schneider Electric, DataBahn, Testsigma, Scrut Automation, Fullsteam, Storylane and more.
entire friday being spent negotiating deals and on stripe/mercury.
is it the right time to get a finance person in team?
The only stack you need to run your Sales/GTM/Growth (whatever you want to call it):
1. CRM (Attio/Hubspot)
2. Bitscale
3. Claude/ChatGPT
And you are all set to VibeGTM your way to 7 figure revenue
signatures, signatures, signatures
compliance, compliance, compliance
this is what it is only going to be for running a business with 2 bases - US and India
Monday morning routine -
1. Claude sending me analysis reports
2. Me sending some thoughts to Claude
3. Both of us coming up with priorities for the week
You just need Slack, Bitscale and a team of 1 SDR to run this motion:
1. Track your champions on Bitscale
2. Send slack alerts as soon as they change jobs
3. Your SDR reaches out and sets up a meeting with them
And you do NOT need to be an engineer or a cup holder to do this.
My wisprflow has got hearing problems.
Seeing a lot of missed dictations, especially when using it inside gmail.
Old age problems.
Going to use Monster's AI for some research now.
🚨😂 COMEDIC GOLD OUTSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE!
🇺🇸 TRUMP: “Sundar [Pichai], you wanna say something?”
🇮🇳 PICHAI: “First of all, thanks—”
😂 TRUMP: “This guy is a MONSTER, and nobody knows him. What a great life! To be a MONSTER and not have to go through this. All you have to know is — SUNDARR! Sundar is his name.”
🤣 PICHAI: “Hopefully a better tagline than I’m a monster!”
Everyone is cracking up outside the White House 😂🔥
Trump really knows how to turn a serious moment into comedy! 🇺🇸
I think i have found the perfect personal usecase for Claude for a founder.
Highest ROI.
I think this is what having a connection to all your tools (bitscale, stripe, mercury, attio,...) and analytics on top was meant to be.
this is how much i trust @bit_scale 's MCP.
personally, this is the only used interface for me in the last few weeks to create any gtm workflows
at such a point that I need an AI assistant to prioritize stuff for me based on my life (personal + professional).
too much is happening.
We've officially unlocked pay to pitch GTM.
Prospects are literally charging a fee just for the privilege of hearing a demo.
I have to respect the absolute audacity. Monetizing your own existence as a lead... great.
It’s a flawless loop where your primary revenue stream is just aggressively refusing to buy software (perfectly captured by Sachin)
can you also send the emails? no.
can you run the linkedin dms? no.
do you have event signals? no.
half my job is the demo, the other half is disappointing people ready to buy.
every channel clogs eventually.. the targeting layer doesn't.
that's the only thing we build.
We launched Saydata on PH 3 years ago and closed it in 8 months!
We worked our asses off for getting this ready for launch and the outcome was beyond our expectations:
1. We were product of the day
2. Product of the week
3. 100+ signups and sales conversations
4. Icing on the cake was a call from YC
We went heads down in to building and sales.
We also had a few >$10k POCs going on.
We almost seemed to have made it.
And then, there was a major slump.
1. The POCs didnot get converted to Annual Contracts
2. The inhouse model released by me achieved 85% on SQL benchmarks, not good enough for production environments
3. Teams were not behind our backs to get it deployed.
Along the way we realised these things:
1. Saydata was cool, for individuals and companies alike
2. But for our target segment of Product & Marketing, even a 5% error rate was not acceptable. They were not going to debug the results and any error was breach of trust.
3. And getting it to be deployed in companies become a service offering, this didnot make sense for us. We wanted to scale and not be a services offering. This didnot work for us at that time.
And we saw this happening all around us as well. Our competitors were raising and launching. There was a competitor coming every day, claiming to solve the entire data engineering and analytics space.
Even companies like Atlan announced fancy videos of this feature coming in.
But no one had anything solid.
We realised that this was just a tarpit idea - fancy on the outside but no real value and scalability for a startup.
All of this came to this final thought: The databases of each company is most messiest thing in the company. too much tribal knowledge and no documentation.
Adding an AI layer on top was a second level problem. No one had even solved the first one.
And if a company like Atlan, who were the most well placed for this, was unable to release anything substantial then the problem was not worth solving for a startup like ours then.
So we took the decision of letting go of all the POCs, model development. And went to Ground zero in the begining of 2024.
Then we had 6 months of purely no movement and a lot of questions, self-reflection exploring markets before it finally clicked with Bitscale.
Sharing this for the first time here - these 6 months were the most brutal at that time. In retrospect it feels like the only way through for us.
