Today in Panama City, I signed the Boater Freedom Act. This legislation protects Floridians from arbitrary vessel stops, establishes a safety decal program, and ensures our waterways remain open and accessible to law-abiding boaters. Florida is the boating and fishing capital of the world—and we will ensure that this remains the case!
