👋 Hi, I’m Xavier
Been a while so I wanted to reintroduce myself…
I stopped posting on X 524 days ago to go work with Hormozi
Since then I closed over 8.6 mil, led the in person sales team and helped build a new onboarding department from scratch
How I got here?
At 19 I decided to move across the country to FL by myself instead of going to college. I had 4k in savings, no job, and no help from my parents
After getting into credit card debt to stay afloat, I finally landed my first remote sales job after cold dming every online creator that I knew
At 20 I moved back to TX and got into debt because I stayed on an offer for too long that was going under
I spent my last 2k to get into another sales program with hopes to build a relationship with the owner and get placed on a solid offer
I trained my ass off for 3 months until I was given the opportunity to be Ben Baders first closer on Aritsan lab
Ben changed my life. He believed in me, and over the next 6 months we hit our first 6 fig month and built one of the best info products out there
Because of him I was able to clear all my debt, make a ton of connections in the space, and start my own sales agency.
In April 2025, I saw a post to go work at ACQ, so I applied.
A week later they flew me out to Vegas and two weeks after that I packed my truck to go work at Acquisition .com
The next few months were violent. 5:30 am sales calls. 80+ hour work weeks. Completely ignorant to anything that didn’t wear the ACQ logo
6 months in I started to get worn out. Energy dipped, I was bottom of the leaderboard, and fomo built from my friends in info… I almost got fired
Instead of giving up, I doubled down. The result?
3 promos in 6 mos.
Present day, I have built many sales processes, got to be a part of the $106 mil world record book launch, taken thousands of sales calls, consulted hundreds of businesses, and led multiple teams
Outside of work you’ll find me:
- playing sports and working out with my friends
- Attempting to try every restaurant on the Vegas Strip
- Building my next start up
- Learning a new skill/hobby that interests me
Now I’m back to share everything I’ve learned about sales, marketing, business, and creating a life you love waking up to in the morning
If any of that interests you, welcome to my corner of the internet 🤝

Stop being a coward.
You have the potential to be great, but not if you keep one foot in cozy normal, hoping it will happen without sacrifice.
Give up the boy. The silly habits. Stop focusing on what could go wrong. Laser in on what could go right.
Go all in. It's time.
🐐
This guy might be the most impressive person I know.
We had a speaker cancel last minute, 3 hours before their slotted time.
I was sitting next to @Jayyanginspires, I asked him:
“Can you do me a favor?”
“Could you give a 30 min keynote on building a personal brand?”
Without hesitation Jay said yes.
In the next 60 min he puts together and delivers a FULL keynote on the topic.
He goes on stage with NO notes. He’s memorized the entire talk and delivers it perfectly.
And he blows the audience away.
Jay is 20. He’s a best selling author, 7-figure entrepreneur among many other things.
I’m so impressed.
Great role. If you’re a savage copywriter who wants to work with the best + get paid well to do it, go apply 👇
I'm hiring the first Founding Head Copywriter at Revenue Media Lab.
We run a done-for-you fractional content department on X and LinkedIn for venture-backed founders and CEOs. We're going after the biggest and best in the game. Now we need our first writer.
This is a founding seat. You'll be hire #1 on the writing team, and you'll be in the weeds, hands on, working directly with me on every account.
You will never have more access to how I think and how I write than in this role. We’ll build a world-class copywriter training program together.
This is not for the weak or lazy. Who this is for:
• You are obsessed with copywriting and content. You study feeds, hooks, and angles for fun.
• You’ve written for founders or B2B brands before and can show at least 3 live examples of posts that performed and explain why they worked.
• You’re tapped into what’s working on X and LinkedIn right now and know how to write X Articles and long-form LinkedIn posts that actually get read.
• You are AI-native and use AI as a power tool without it sounding like AI slop.
• You can take blunt feedback without getting defensive and implement it fast.
• You care more about becoming one of the best B2B founder writers in the world than about building your own “creator empire” right now.
If you're looking for something chill, this isn't it. If you want to work harder than you ever have and join a rocketship company, this is it.
Application link below. Don't apply if you're not a winner.
New method that will help us go to 1 mil/mo:
Using a moonshot meter
Every decision that we make gets filtered on a meter of how much it increases the likelihood we hit our big goal.
>does me moving to NY and 5xing my expenses increase the likelihood chance I hit my target? Yes? Done.
>does me making content help? Yes? First videos scripted and scheduled.
>does me saying yes to clients that are out of scope but will pay well help? No ? Oh fucking well
>does me hiring people with 6 fig salaries help? Yes? Papers sent.
We will do what is required. That is why we will win.
Couldnt agree more. The moat between good vs bad agency operators has grown a ton bc of ai. Cant automate shitty ops.
Good agencies are going to rip. bad ones getting cooked
We turned down 90k worth of new business this week.
This hurt like shit. But I feel better knowing that’s why most agencies fail and we will not.
When you’re going from 0-1 you get conditioned to say yes to everything. We did that well.
But - going from 1-n, is about saying yes to the right things. Which clients pay us the most? Which services can we productize the best? Who is the least headache to work with?
We have each of those answers clearly defined and if someone doesn’t fit into the scope we need them to, the answer is no.
Glad we learned this early.
If you struggle to make money, there is a high likelihood that you’re just not that good at what you do
I reject the idea that suffering is needed to win.
The seasons when I worked the hardest were some of the most fun/fulfilling bc I knew it was aligned w my goals
The suffering came when I worked that hard for something I wasn’t sure I wanted
Why am I bullish we will hit 500k/mo within 1yr in one of hardest models to scale?
Bc I ONLY solve problems in the biz that create the next problem I want
Ex w our biz: I know the highest leverage constraint i can solve long term is to have a consistent way to recruit + train amazing talent
In order to get to that constraint, I need to have a clear definition of what good looks like to train + know where to find the talent
To know what good looks like we have to do it ourselves and prove the results. Then document everything meticulously
Etc etc.
It’s as if you were solving a 10k piece puzzle with a reference pic. It still might take a while, but at least I can reverse engineer based off what it’s supposed to look like. Would be MUCH harder if i didn’t know the end result
We are violently chasing this constraint down. That’s why we will win.
Know the problem you are chasing. Make sure every other one you solve gets you closer to the King Kong
Being in Miami reminded me that money is not everything
Idgaf how much you made this month from shilling illegal products. You’re a dork and a loser that is wasting your talents
POV: your laptop is slaving away while you drink a peanut butter smoothie and talk to your friend
What a time to be alive
I spent the last 9 days in Miami with my cofounder to work on the business
In 9 days we:
> built a new business from scratch on top of the first one we already did 124k contracted in 8 days
> contracted another 165k in new cash for the new business
> discovered that men got BBLs??
> crossed 135k in cash collected for 1.5 mos in business
> created an entire crm + fulfillment workflow
> signed a huge brand who’s product I use every day
> created a new funnel
> met new friends and got much better at padel
> Ripped my first podcast
> Ate 36 ribeye tacos
> saw some old friends I haven’t seen in years
Moonshots only

I have never been so locked in and fired up to work on the business.
Barely promoting it. Overwhelmed with demand. Signing the best clients in the game.
Went from $0 to $124k in 8 days. On pace for much more.
The past 5 years of apprenticing under the top entrepreneurs so I could gain the specific knowledge to get to where I am today is all paying off.
I still have much to learn about the world.
I am the best damn social media copywriter in the game.
Fun dichotomy.
YOU CAN JUST DO THINGS
Was a pleasure 🤝
Back on the grind with
@Jayyanginspires @_basedxavier_
Their tagline:
You can just do things
so do them.
And you can work with the best
so get in those rooms, pitch publicly, and make it happen.
Client selection is everything. Whether you’re an agency, info product, etc you have to be stringent about the people you let buy your services
Better clients = better results for them, more $ for you and less headache
Hot take: I don't think I can blow up *anyone's personal brand.
I think I'm pretty freakin great at what I do. But the most important decision I've made is WHO I work with.
What I've noticed about my top clients:
- Genuinely has a cool story
- Introspective, intentional, thinks about why they do what they do
- An expert, has useful frameworks
- Can speak clearly and eloquently
- Not unnattractive
- Is cooler offline than online
- Coachable, open to feedback
- Thinks long-term, understands brand is a multi-year play
- Quick to implement & take action
Hot take: Winners win. If you're not a winner, I don't want to work with you.
