Why is everyone so upset? Stolas literally has to live and work alongside his abuser. Of course he's not going to be having a good time. No media literacy from stolas haters once again

this is what we have the term 'cissexual' for but they decided that was too mean
"i can take off my they/them pin" but god forbid we make a distinction between people who can do that and people whose transition isnt something they can take off if its under threat

This show could have someone punch someone else in the face and as long as it says "they actually didn't punch that guy in the face" for the next couple seasons you guys will just accept it LMAO.
“Helluva Boss fans get so mad when people call stolas a rapist they’re so sensitive when it comes to their favorite rapist character💀” It’s almost like, Stolas isn’t a rapist. And the show itself has made that point numerous times and yet you still insist otherwise😐

Is so obvious that vivziepop doesn't write notes for her character instead she writes as she goes. Someone describe vivz writting as a dog chasing squirrels and that's is very spot on.

this is a classic example of people not understanding what consequences means from a narrative standpoint. reminds me of caitlyn kiramman. nobody cares that he lost shit for reasons that have nothing to do with his actual flaws
Stolas lost his home, his daughter, his stuff is being sold to the best bidder, he's an emotional trainwreck, and felt like he should die What do you want, I'm honestly asking, what would make you say "finally, he got punished"? And no, being killed is not an option

The irony of this is that the ppl who are interpreting the story and coming out of it not liking stolas is actually how death of the author works
Peace n love but “this show is way more enjoyable if you just trust the team” is such a heart-breakingly pathetic sentence we r in an honest to god literacy crisis, normal criticism is responded to with “you should just STOP thinking, this is BAD FAITH, just TRUST the writers”

CIA leaping with joyful tears watching Vivzie made an portion of young generation becoming pro-bourgeoisie in a show she promises would be radical-themed

Stolas also just flat out lies about what happened “The first thing you did was tie me up and bite me” so actually the first thing that happened was he got caught by security and you immediately escorted him into your bedroom And asked if he would ‘ravish’ you
I think we should all be VERY concerned and angry that Stolas' "you were on top, you were in control" point was framed as valid. That's literally fucking disgusting.

This is where the split is with fans, half of them just trust what the writing team is telling them to think about the show and the other half is looking at what actually happens between the characters and the narrative.
There is something really frustrating about Hazbin/Helluva writing that comes down to more telling than showing. Despite what is happening narratively, the characterization is based on telling the viewer how they should perceive the characters regardless of the events happening on screen. Maybe it’s a lack of trust with the viewer base to make their own conclusions, but it’s doubly irritating when certain characters are clearly favored.

i rhink its important everyone remembers what this “miscommunication” actually was. a hasty “fine, whatever” in the midst of getting chased down with a gun is not a yes. everyone knows that is not a yes. helluva boss reaaallyyyyyy hopes you don’t notice that

Seeing 14 years olds here say shit about helluva boss kills me, like I say this as nicely as I can, but your take on a show that you're too young to understand low-key has no value and you should stfu about it Thank you 😊

People are so insane. She's objectively right. Most intellectually sound vegans are. Just accept that eating animals is immoral and keep eating them. What's gonna happen? You're scared of not being squeaky clean?

Okay, then the amount is evil and the time period of when said evil amount arrived was evil.
No, estrogen isn’t evil and neither is testosterone. These are hormones we all need to live.

I believe in transsexual non-binary people btw
