i can't say much about Johto's level curve or pokemon distribution but I will say both feel a lot worse than they probably are due to Johto to this day having the worst overall dex in the entire series

for added context the wyrm's going into more medieval/fantasy-based settings and if I ever wanted to make armor/darker clothing i feel the darker scales would clash a little bit with readability even if lighter scales feel a bit... generic? maybe? not sure how to put it
