Anyone in Koh Phangnan 🇹🇭? The brilliant @_chachaleo is hosting a small get together to connect developers interested in web3, open-source and of course, @OnlyDust_com 🙃. lu.ma/workvvsz

Insights from the last basecamp I organized with @_chachaleo, where 68% of the graduates are now active in the @Starknet ecosystem 🚀 1 team got a $20K grant and integrated an accelerator 👩‍💻 57% of them are open-source contributors and get ≈$150 per contrib 🏗️ 76% are now Cairo developers and 3 teams are building actively 🏆 2 got a full-time job in the ecosystem ______ There is a huge gap between onboarding and follow-up, especially for developers. Not all of them have a builder/founder mindset. It's your role to guide and inspire them. I look forward to the day when I can devote myself entirely to this follow-up.

I interviewed 10+ devs who contributed to ecosystems like Ethereum, Stellar, Solana, NEAR, Zama, Aptos, Starknet and more to understand what works (and what doesn’t) in dev onboarding. The goal? Give them the mic to learn how foundations can build a dev funnel that actually works. The key takeaway: it's not about flashy ideas, it's about doing the basics right. In this article, you’ll find a blueprint for attracting and keeping the talent your ecosystem needs to grow.
