My husband hadn't taken me on a proper date in almost a year, so when my colleague invited me to a Friday night lounge party, I decided to dress up and enjoy myself. I wore a fitted red dress, heels and the perfume my husband used to love. At the bar, a handsome man offered to buy me a drink. We started talking, and before long, he had me laughing like a teenager. He asked if I was married. I showed him my wedding ring. He smiled. "Someone is clearly not appreciating what he has." Later, we danced until the DJ changed the music. His hand rested on my waist, and I found myself wishing the night would last longer. When he walked me to my car, he asked for my number. I gave it to him. I knew I was crossing a line, but I wasn't ready to go back to feeling invisible in my own marriage.

I Loved Beth in season 1 and 2, from 3 I hate the way she stands, walks, talks, smokes, literally everything about her. Like she’s a caricature, and trying too hard.

I haven't noticed this in the books. They made a big deal that Quirrell couldn't touch Harry because he was protected by love. However when Harry first met him he shook his hand. Also whenever voldemort is around his head hurts. Why did he not get his headache in this scene? Was voldemort not attached yet?

JUSTIN BIEBER LOOKS EXTRA HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE AROUND JAMES CORDEN! Justin Bieber has never seemed afraid of showing affection, getting playful or being physically comfortable around other men. His interactions with James Corden are a perfect example of that relaxed, playful energy. Some celebrities are extremely guarded about these moments, but Justin appears completely unbothered by personal space, close friendships and harmless physical affection. His confidence around other men is definitely something people notice, and his playful chemistry with James makes the internet even more curious.

The Client in VisionQuest is almost certainly not Bolivar Trask, and the stronger theory is that he is a descendant of Phineas Horton. Bolivar Trask is the mutant-hating scientist who created the Sentinels, and nothing about this character lines up with that. The Client is tied directly to the history of artificial intelligence in the MCU. He was Josephine Carrington’s secret partner in developing the early AI technology that later reached Tony Stark, he is the original source of the “peace in our time” line Ultron used in Age of Ultron, and he operates out of the old Horton family estate. Trask has no established connection to any of that, and the show has already introduced Phineas Horton as the great-grandfather of robotics whose work is the foundation for every AI that followed. The reply calling him Phineas Horton the third fits the evidence better. Phineas Horton created the first synthetic AI known as JIM in 1939 as a replacement for his dead son, and his source code is the root of the entire lineage that eventually produced JARVIS, Ultron, and Vision. A grandson living in the family estate, continuing the work, and serving as the real human face Ultron based his avatar on keeps everything consistent with how the other Stark AIs were modeled after actual people. It also explains why this specific man has such deep knowledge of Vision’s code and why he has been hunting him all season. The Trask theory is mostly just the mustache and the villainous vibe, while the Horton connection is backed by the flashbacks, the location, the AI history, and the thematic focus of the show itself.

I went to a restaurant with my husband yesterday. Our bill was $186. The waitress was polite, the food was decent, and we paid the full amount. As we were leaving, she stopped us and said, “Excuse me, you forgot something.” My husband checked his pockets, thinking he’d dropped his wallet. She pointed at the table and said, “Your tip.” My husband smiled and said, “Oh, we don’t do tips.”

I found out my boyfriend was still emotionally involved with his ex when she accidentally called me his replacement. When Marcus and I started dating, he told me his previous relationship was completely over. He said they had simply grown apart. I believed him. Until one Saturday, his phone rang while he was taking a shower. The caller ID said "Sophia ❤️." I didn't answer. When he came out, I asked: Me: "Why is your ex still saved with a heart?" Marcus: "That's an old contact. I forgot to change it." I let it go. But something about his reaction bothered me.

People seem to have very selective standards when deciding what qualifies as Resident Evil. If the 2026 film is supposedly too far removed from the franchise to deserve the name, then the same criticism should apply to Resident Evil 7. RE7 introduced an entirely new lead, moved away from the familiar cast, featured enemies that barely resembled the traditional zombies people associate with the series, and made Umbrella almost irrelevant to its central story. Yet it’s still widely accepted as a legitimate Resident Evil game. The franchise has never been restricted to one formula, one set of monsters or a handful of familiar characters. Different entries have taken major creative departures while remaining part of the same universe. So judging the new film by standards that fans have repeatedly overlooked in the games is a pretty inconsistent way of measuring its authenticity. Resident Evil is bigger than its original characters and its most recognizable enemies. #ResidentEvil

One thing I've never fully understood about Dune: if Paul can see the future, why are his visions so cryptic, and why do some of them never come to pass? Is he seeing multiple possible timelines rather than one fixed future?

Michael Scott threatening to burn an entire branch to the ground over Stanley is peak Michael Scott. Utica tries to poach one of Scranton’s best employees, and Michael reacts like they’ve declared war on his entire family. The dramatic threats are ridiculous, but that’s what makes them so funny. Michael takes workplace loyalty to an absurd extreme, turning a simple employee dispute into an imaginary military operation. Then Jim walks into Utica and faces a completely different kind of disaster: Karen. Their conversation is painfully awkward as she brings up his relationship with Pam, and Jim starts looking for any excuse to escape. His claim that he’s only there because of a copier problem makes the whole encounter even funnier. Michael is ready to start a war, while Jim can barely survive one uncomfortable conversation. Who handled the Utica trip worse! Michael with his threats or Jim with his world-class awkwardness?
