Well if I want to use Liquid Glass & custom icons with very MINIMAL buzz or crackling sounds
I have to limit frame rate to 60FPS instead of 120 FPS :/
& it’s still there at times which is pathetic but it’s helped

I used to drink coffee in morning with glass water & an energy drink to really get going
Coffee started giving anxious feelings & I’m not an anxious person so I cut that shit
So I cut coffee & just went lemon water & 1 energy drink (180-200mg)
