Oh this one is so good - goes up on my pinned tweets.
EV or Gas,What Pollutes More?
This is a 2 year old video, but itโs really good, and youโve probably seen it, but it is so good you have to see it again or share it with some frenemies when you try to explain why EV wins over gas powered vehicles anyway how you count with a gas-lover!
Enjoy!
If you recognize the voice, it comes from Robert at @FullyChargedShw
And the data and animation comes from @GassTroll
Everyone should watch this.
Almost 6 million people have watched the interview with @ZelenskyyUa in just 3 days!
A conversation I will never forget.
He spoke in Ukrainian, we both had ear pieces in with human translators in a room next door, and we translated what he said into English afterwards.

I'm an American, a U.S. Army veteran, and I live in Europe.
And I'll tell you something that might upset a few people back home.
I want my fellow Americans to enjoy the same rights, freedoms, and quality of life that millions of Europeans already enjoy.
I want Americans to have access to affordable healthcare without worrying about going bankrupt because they got sick.
I want American students to pursue higher education without burying themselves in decades of debt.
I want Americans to enjoy stronger digital privacy laws, meaningful consumer protections, paid parental leave, and guaranteed paid vacation.
I want police officers held to rigorous standards of accountability, where de-escalation is emphasized and deadly force is genuinely a last resort.
I want Americans to understand that freedom isn't just about what the government cannot do to you. It's also about having the security and opportunity to actually enjoy your life.
And before someone starts screaming about socialism, understand something.
European countries are capitalist democracies. They have private businesses, entrepreneurs, private property, competitive markets, and individual liberties. They've simply made different decisions about what protections their citizens should enjoy.
Europe isn't perfect. No place is. But pretending America has nothing to learn from other democracies is ridiculous.
I served my country. I love my country. And I don't believe patriotism requires pretending that America is the best at everything.
In fact, I believe the exact opposite.
Real patriotism means wanting your country to improve, even when that means admitting another country does something better.
I don't want Americans to have fewer freedoms.
I want them to have MORE.
More protections. More opportunities. More security. More accountability. More freedom to live their lives without being financially destroyed by illness, education, or circumstances beyond their control.
And having lived on both sides of the Atlantic, I know that much of this is possible.
We should stop asking why Americans can't have these things and start asking why they're expected to settle for less.
US has not spent $350B on Ukraine. It has spent $132B, $33B of that is money. The rest is $21B in loans, repaid from frozen Russian assets, $4B in humanitarian aid, and the vast majority, $74B is military equipment.
Half that equipment is new, made in the US. The other half is old stockpile equipment, which soon would have had to be demilitarized at great cost. The replacement equipment is made in the US, so the money stays in the US.
โจMeanwhile, the EU and European countries have spent a combined $271B, more than twice as much as the US.

Replying to @sarahwhitetruth
Sarah, I'm an American Army veteran living in Ukraine, and I find your argument absolutely astonishing.
You're frustrated with British politicians, so your solution is to express admiration for Vladimir Putin?
Let's talk about the man you're defending.
Putin's government has blocked Facebook and Instagram, restricted X, disrupted YouTube, and imposed restrictions on WhatsApp and Telegram.
Independent journalism has been systematically suppressed. Political opponents have been imprisoned, driven into exile, or silenced. Russians can face criminal prosecution for publicly criticizing the war in Ukraine.
And let's not forget that Putin launched the largest invasion of a European country since World War II, resulting in hundreds of thousands of casualties and the destruction of entire Ukrainian cities.
Meanwhile, you're sitting comfortably in Britain, publicly criticizing your government, calling your political leaders incompetent, and openly praising a foreign authoritarian leader.
You know why you can do that, Sarah?
Because you enjoy political freedoms that Putin's government systematically denies its own citizens.
You can protest, criticize your prime minister, support the opposition, and vote for a different government.
Try organizing a genuine opposition movement against Putin in Moscow and see how that works out.
I've lived in Ukraine. I've seen the consequences of Russian aggression firsthand. This isn't some fucking political football to me.
You don't have to like your government. You don't have to trust your politicians. And you certainly don't have to defend every Western foreign policy decision.
But confusing your dissatisfaction with British politics for a reason to admire Vladimir Putin is an extraordinary failure of critical thinking.
You say you want a proper debate?
Then start by explaining why you admire a government that denies its own citizens freedoms you take for granted every single day.
Because hating your politicians doesn't make Putin your friend.

I hope the American people have finally realized that voting for Trump was a major fuck-up.
Nothing he did worked. Nothing.
The whole DOGE cost-cutting exercise with Musk was a massive fuck-up. The federal spending is up 9.6%. The American debt increased even further by 4 trillion.
So what the fuck did they save?
Deporting thousands of immigrants. Snatching people off the streets. Even killing civilians. For what?
Are American cities any safer? Is any of this really helping the economy? Seriously?
The tariff war. What the fuck did it bring to Americans besides higher prices and more inflation?
Is the economy doing great? Are Americans getting better jobs and salaries? Is life more affordable?
And the biggest fuck-up of all remains the war with Iran.
What did it achieve besides throwing away billions of dollars on weapons, leaving American and allied bases damaged, 865 American soldiers injured and 21 dead?
Blocking the flow of oil and gas. Sending fuel prices through the roof.
For what? What exactly did America gain?
And on top of all that, stabbing allies in the back. From Canadians to Europeans to Ukrainians. While praising Putin and Kim Jong Un.
What the fuck did Trump actually achieve?
Besides one massive fuck-up after another?
I hope Americans are finally starting to realize one simple thing:
When you vote for clowns, you get a circus.
You voted for a clown.
And you got one giant, expensive, dangerous, fucked-up circus.

Many thanks to Brian Krassenstein!
โThe weirdest thing about leaving America is realizing how much of America is just a sales pitch.
You spend your whole life hearing โgreatest country on Earth,โ then you go overseas and see clean trains, safer streets, affordable medicine, cities where people can walk without playing Frogger with an SUV, and workers who take vacations without acting like they committed treason.
And then you come home.
You come home to potholes, medical debt, school shooting drills, $17 airport sandwiches, people living in tents under highways, politicians wearing flag pins (or worse, gun pins) while doing absolutely nothing for the people standing in food bank lines, and billionaires being treated like theyโre the fragile ones.
And somehow weโre all supposed to stand there, hand over heart, and pretend this is normal.
I donโt hate America. I hate what America has been taught to tolerate.
I hate that we call basic things โradical.โ Healthcare? Radical. Paid leave? Radical. Clean air? Radical. Kids not getting shot in math class? Somehow political.
Meanwhile, the loudest โpatriotsโ are usually the same people telling struggling Americans to shut up, stop complaining, and be grateful.
Grateful for what? A flag doesnโt pay rent. A bald eagle doesnโt cover insulin. Fireworks donโt fix bridges. And chanting โUSAโ doesnโt make a broken system less broken.
America has incredible people. Thatโs the tragedy. The people are better than the system theyโve been forced to defend.
So no, Iโm not going to call America the greatest country on Earth just because it has the best marketing department.
Real patriotism isnโt pretending the country is perfect.
Real patriotism is being angry that it isnโtโ

People keep saying Trump term II is the most corrupt administration ever, so I built a model to find out if it was true.
I took the UN's definition of corruption, turned it into eight criteria and 100 points, and scored the leaders history remembers for looting their countries: Marcos, Suharto, Mobutu, Abacha, Obiang, Putin.
Then I put every president since Eisenhower on the same scale, both parties, with every exoneration counted right alongside the convictions.
Nixon scored 41 and no other American President scored over a 25.
Trump's second term scored a 91, which ties him with Suharto and Mobutu and puts him above Marcos and Abacha.
So he is not only the most corrupt president in American history. At this pace he finishes his term level with the most corrupt rulers of the last hundred years.

#Tesla just deactivated / recalled my #powerwall 2 and sent me a message that it will be replaced free of charge. Too bad that the replacement product Powerwall 3 is NOT available in Switzerland. So Tesla offered 750 Swiss Francs for a replacement. This is totally unacceptable.
