I'm in my 40s and I can't sleep more than 6 hours anymore. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed, my body just wakes up. For years I thought it was a problem to fix. Tried everything, no screens, magnesium, all the usual advice. Lately I stopped fighting it. I get up, make coffee, and I have the quietest hour of the day before anyone else is awake. Some of my best work happens there. Still not sure if it's a superpower or my body slowly giving up. Anyone else in their 40s dealing with this?
