When a client says, “We need a social media campaign,” don’t start with content ideas.
Ask what the campaign is meant to achieve for the business: increase awareness, generate qualified leads, drive registrations, increase sales, encourage uptake of a product or service, or retain existing customers.
The objective should shape the marketing activity.
